    Essaie la désinstallation en mode sans échec.

    j'ai reussi a desinstaller avast mais quand j'ai voulu installer avg il m'a ecrit qu'il fallait que j'update mon pc donc j'ai installer antivir j'ai scanner l'ordi en mode sans echec et effacer quelque infection
    j'ai donc essayer installer anti malware l'installe commence cette fois mais s'arrete il me met ce message:

    oui j'ai les cd de windows mais mon lecteur de disque ne marche plus j'ai regarde dans le bios et je ne peut pas booter sur usb sinon j'aurais formater....voila c'est dommage car ceux qu'on avait au debut l'avais refait partir
    la je suis en train de telecharger le sp2 sur mon ordi et je vais essayer de l'installer a partir du disque dur externe
    si tu a une soluce pour booter mon ordi c'est un sony vaio pcgfx800 merci

    je ne peut pas desactiver la restauration de systeme
    il me met:
    la restauration du systeme a rencontrer une erreur en tentant d'activer desactiver un ou plusieur lectteur redemarrer et essayer a nouveau
    ce que j'ai fait mais ca marche pas

    parcontre j'ai utiliser xclean apres POST RUN ANALYSIS il me met empty

    Bon après quelques petits conseils .. ;)

    Pas grave pour la restauration système, relance l'outil.
    Copie/colle le rapport.

    Ensuite, relance LOPS&D et choisis l'option 1 et copie/colle le rapport.

    *Télécharge le fix de de sophos
    http://www.sophos.com/support/cleaners/brontgui.com

    *Redemarre en mode sans echec
    *Lance le fichier brontgui.com
    *Clique sur Configuration et coche l'option "Scan all files"
    *Valide avec Ok et clique sur le bouton GO
    *Le scan peut durer assez longtemps...
    *Une fois terminé, un rapport sera crée à la racine de ton disque dur C:\resolved.txt avec la liste des fichiers trouvés et supprimés

    *Si tous les fichiers infectés ont été traités, redémarre en mode normal et copie/colle le rapport.

    je me permet de te relancer car je suis toujours coince

    j'ai les cd origines du pc un disque dur externe et un lecteur de disque par usb est ce qu'il y aurait une soluce pour formater sachant que je ne peut pas booter par usb.... et que mon lecteur de disque est mort

    j'ai penser a flasher le bios avec un qui permettrait de booter sur usb... je sais pas trop mais si deja on enlevev les cochonnerie que j'ai dessus ce serait encore mieu voila en attendant merci

    Alors :

    Télécharge Zeb Restore
    Coche chaque case et clique sur Restaurer après avoir coché une case
    Ne coche pas toutes les cases d'un coup.
    Ceci fait, redémarre ton PC normalement.

    Ensuite,
    Tu peux remplacer ton lecteur par un graveur DVD. Pour environ 25€, tu en as un.
    On pourra envisager de réparer Windows comme ça.
