Hi,
To check directly with the technicians...
I am in the 49 and a simple user.
Is the master being made or not? If it's not being made, it could be a scanner problem or something else.
For my own risograph, the ink was dry on the drum and removing the dry master and making a new master resolved the issue.
With the T1, what is the message? -

Hello,
I have a problem with my Riso GR3770.
I think the master is stuck to the drum. (I haven't used it for 2 months) and hasn't been ejected into the waste box.
So the new master cannot be set in place, and I have an error message saying "defective clamp, call technical service."
And the drum is not in a position for me to remove it.
The technician's visit would cost me around 120-150 euros, which I don't have.
Can you give me a solution?
Thank you in advance,
Sincerely,

Good evening,
the drum is not stopped in the right place.
You need to open the scanner tray to see the master in place. Open the clamp and, while turning the drum, you can remove the master in place. (be careful to wear gloves as it is full of ink)
Replace the clamp
Put the drum back in the "normal" position (a slight "click" will be heard)
Close the tray
Try to make a master.

I have been working on this risograph since the morning. In fact, when I turn on the machine, the T15 shows up immediately, and when I lift the carriage, I insert the master and press the green button located under the carriage, which cuts off the master by itself and displays the message "remove half master cut."
Then this machine displayed the code T1.
My problem is the following: if I remove the drum, disassemble it, and pump the ink passage that seems to be clogged, will that solve everything? I also notice that only one of the two exposure lamps lights up; could that be the problem?
And I need a site where I can download its technical manual.
Thank you. -
Hello, I have a problem similar to everything described here but with a GR 3750... I can't remove the drum because the green light won't turn on and I can't turn it by hand from the inside. The master is stuck on it and I can't unlock it manually... What should I do? Thank you.

Hello, the problem T15 comes from the fact that I haven't used the Riso for a long time. The master has dried on the drum, it has turned from white to yellow.
So it's impossible to create a new master because the old one remains stuck to the drum and won't come off.
Solution: open the scanner part, from there we can see the master and peel it off, put the drum back in place (be careful with the click), and create a new master. -
good evening,
In fact, it is possible that the master (originally white) has turned yellow.
This means that the ink has dried and the master will remain stuck to the drum.
If you have the option to open the door and remove the drum (WARNING: the green light must be on; otherwise you will not be able to put it back) ok.
If the light is not on, there is only one solution:
Open the scanner lid
There you will see the drum with the master turned yellow.
You remove it gradually while turning the drum by hand.
Then, put the drum back in the right position
that is to say, you should hear a "click" which means it is in the correct position.
Afterwards, make a new master; the duplicator will do it itself, and it will restart
See you later

Good evening,
is there anyone who has the technical manuals (repair and parts) for the GR3770?
If so, I would be interested!
Thank you very much! -
Hello,
I managed to get the technical manuals.
Having the same problem with our GR 3770 (prolonged inactivity of the machine = dried ink and master, master jam, drum stuck inside), we followed your instructions and it worked.
We put in a new cartridge and a new master roll, it was finally about to restart... and then the fuses blew. We changed the socket, same thing.
When we opened the front right cover, we saw that fuse F1, the closest to the power button, had blown. We replaced it with a new one and it blew again.
Does anyone have any idea?
Thank you! -
