How to convert PDF to URL?

Hello,
I would like to know how to insert a PDF file into my forum, how to turn it into a link?

    To insert the file, you need to use the iframes tag. (see by doing searches with Google)

    To make a link, you need to place the file somewhere on your site (via ftp). Then, you type its absolute path.

    Example of a link:

    http://www.monforum.fr/pdf/monfichier.pdf
