PC très lent. Résolu

Question

Bonjour,

Alors j'aimerais trouver de l'aide pour mon PC qui, n'étant pourtant pas si vieux, rame beaucoup.
Il met environ 20 bonnes minutes pour s'allumer, et j'ai mis 5 bonnes minutes pour accéder à commentcamarche.net. 
Il n'est pourtant pas si vieux, il a 3 ans, c'est un écran plan "proview". 
J'ai aussi des bannières régulières CID qui, à ce qu'on m'a dit, provenait du logiciel MSN Plus. J'ai donc désinstaller le sponsort de ce dernier mais rien y fait, il y a toujours ces banières.

Je défragmente aussi souvent mon PC mais il ne trouve jamais rien.
J'espère que quelqu'un va pourvoir m'aider.

Je te suggere d'essayer CCleaner, dispo sur ce site en tele chargement free. Si la defragmentation ne fait pas les effets que tu en attends , peut etre que le disque dur est trop plein en ecriture,il te faut alors supprimer des fichiers lourds qui ne te servent pas . Aussi à verifier ta connexion à internet. Mais je te conseille CCleaner. J'espére que ça ira miaux

Il est en train de cherche, il est à 3.5% et il a trouver un virus, j'ai donc fait "delete" comme tu m'as dit.

Depuis que j'i installé Antivir (hier) 
Il me détecte pleins de virus, est-ce normal ? 
Et j'appuis tout le temps sur "Delete", c'est bon ?

Voilà mon rapport par BitDefender, il me dit qu'il n'a rien trouver mais en revanche, AntiVir m'a trouver & supprimer beaucoup de virus. 

Maintenant ...?

Ce n'est peut être pas un virus...
Il faut purement défragmenter ton disque dur, tu as déjà essayé ?
Sinon, je ne vois pas...mon ordinateur a 4 ans et ce n'est pas de la compétition ^^
Cependant, j'ai récemment installé un pack : Crystalclear sur CrystalXP.net
Depuis mon ordi va plus vite et la défragmentation que j'ai faite ce matin le fait fonctionner beaucoup mieux !!!

reste une infection 

et gros soucis t as deux antivirus avast et antivir 

il ne faut en avoir qu un a cause des ralentissement et des conflits 

désinstal avast :

Télécharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 


-> Double clique combofix.exe. 
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt 

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : 

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. 

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. 

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe. 

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. 

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. 

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Copie le texte ci-dessous :

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié. 
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.) 
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt. 

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix, 

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide. 

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal! 

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. 

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis. 

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaah !!

Je suis obligée de recommencer TOUT combofix car Mr mon ordi a beuguer et il n'y avait plus aucun icone de mon bureau même après plusieurs minutes d'attentes, donc j'ai fermer et rouvert la session ! 

Je vais recommencer, et si je ne t'envois pas les rapports ce soir c'est que je suis vraiment trop fatiguée, que je suis partie me couchée & que je te les envois demain mais si sa ce trouve je te les envois ce soir ^^ enfin bref tu verras ^^

télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau. 
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer. 
copie la liste qui se trouve ci-dessous, 
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

tu les coches et tu clic sur fix checked 

ensuite désinstal java car pas a jours et telecharge et instal cette version :

ensuite désinstal adobe reader acrobat si c est la version gratuite car pas a jours et telecharge et instal cette version :

https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/


ensuite fais ça :


Télécharge Killbox : http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip 

Décompresse-le dans un dossier dédie ! 
Un dossier KillBox.exe va appraitre, double-clique dessus un encadré blanc va appraitre entre ces fichier : 

C:\DOCUME~1\PROPRI~1\APPLIC~1\GREATS~1\16readmecash.exe 
C:\WINDOWS\ALCXMNTR.EXE 
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\soft ref platform bind\city 4.exe 



Puis ensuite clique sur la petite croix blanche dans un rond rouge. 
Il vont te poser une question disant : Files will be Removed on Reboot, Do you want to reboot now ?" 
(Les fichiers seront supprimés au redémarrage. Souhaitez redémarrer maintenant ?) 
Dans ce cas clique sur "oui" 

puis envoi le rapport stp

télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau. 
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer. 
copie la ligne qui se trouve ci-dessous, 
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved. 


C:\DOCUME~1\PROPRI~1\APPLIC~1\GREATS~1\16readmecash.exe


clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression. 
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results". 
clique sur Exit pour fermer. 
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles. 

il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

fais lancer le nettoyage

repete l opération jusqu a ce qu il trouve rien 

ensuite fais registre

fais chercher les erreures

lance reg cleaner pour nettoyer le registre:

réouvre hijackthis
fais scan only

coche cette ligne :

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-8DA9-FD60BB9AAE33} - (no file) 

et clic sur fix checked 


ensuite désinstal adobe reader acrobat (si c est la version gratuite) car pas a jours et telecharge et instal cette version :

https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

ensuite fais ça :


* pour supprimer les outils/fix utilisés : 

Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.

# Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir ... 
# Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
# Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives. 
# Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport. 
# Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\). 


et dis moi comment va le pc apres tout ça stp
