Hello,
I have a Samsung U700 but I can't manage to install Java games...

I have the .jar and .jad files, but what should I do next?

I've found solutions on the internet with codes for secret menus, but it seems quite complicated to install games...

Can you give me a hint on how to install my games?

Thank you in advance,
Guillaume
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 2.0.0.14

    Basically, yes.
You do exactly what the "tutorial" above says and it should work, well, normally. Personally, I've never had any problems with that.
Is there anyone among you who has links to games (free if possible)?

    Thx

When you have the jad and jar, do this in sleep mode: *#9998*4678255# and point to the jar file and select option and it will install...

      Hello,

I've been on various forums and have done several manipulations on my U-700V, but I still can't install my games...

First piece of information, I copied the .jar and .jad files via Samsung PC Studio3: does this really pose a problem?
The files are present on my phone in a folder dedicated to each game (for example: I have a "Mario" folder in the system folder "Games", with "Mario" containing my two corresponding .jar and .jad files).

Assuming there’s no problem using Samsung PC Studio, once the files were placed on my phone, I proceeded as follows:
1 Disconnected the phone from the computer.
2 Typed the code on the U700V: *#3695147*#, the Admin mode launches. Go to [4] "Internals" then enter the (Master Key): *#3971258*#, then "confirm".
3 Chose menu [7] "Storage settings".
4 Chose "Update media database", "Update Java DB" and "Create AX Dat File".

Once these 4 operations were completed, when I access the files (.jar or .jad, it doesn’t matter), either I can't do anything, or I'm told "the format is not supported".... Did I miss something?
I don't quite understand the proposed solution "Enter *#9998*4678255# and point to the jar file and select option and it will install..."

      Thank you in advance!!

At first, yes, but if you follow everything closely, it's quite easy, and once you've got everything installed (drivers, programs, ...), it goes quickly. I've just installed a few games, and they're working perfectly. If you want them... just let me know.

Salut, as-tu installé les pilotes et le programme pour Java ? Si oui, installer des jeux sera un jeu d'enfant.
