Good evening,
My problem is the following:
I just got back Diablo 2 (and its expansion) that I had lent to a friend, I install Diablo 2 Lod, no problem.
However, when I want to install the extension, it tells me cyclic redundancy error and blah blah blah...
Well, my CD is ruined, okay.
So I download the extension via a torrent client (I do not encourage downloading), during the installation, the installer tells me that the installation packages must be in the same language.
I think okay, I'm going to download the entire game (including the expansion), I install it with my CD keys (available on my box). The installation goes smoothly...
I connect to Battlenet, everything is fine...
Except the game is in English and I can't find a French patch.
I remind you that I do not encourage downloading,
buy your games but do not lend them...

Well, let's say that 10 or 15 € when you've already bought the game is really annoying.
Then no, I didn't find it on a torrent, at least nothing that had sources.
But it's okay, I found the solution, Blizzard offers legal downloads of the game’s ISO files for CD key holders. Of course, you have to register and have your own CD keys, otherwise it won't work. You also need to have software like Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120%, Magic ISO, etc., which have the ability to use ISO files with virtual drives.

Well, I had completely lost my CDs because of 5 or 6 moves, and now I've downloaded them (the 4 CDs [Install, Cinematics, Play and Expansion Discs]) in .iso (via torrents) and then with WinRAR I extracted them and put the files on a blank CD-ROM. I can play on Battle.net because I still had my CD-KEYS (Papers in the wallet for the win :D).
