Hello,
I would like to create a drop-down menu in an Excel cell.
How can I do this and how do I create the list?
Configuration: Windows 2000 Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello,
You provide all the values that should appear in your dropdown menu in a column, for example, column I:I. Your values will be (a;b;c;d;e;f), so in I1:a, I2:b, I3:c...I6:f.
You select the cell that should have a dropdown list. Go to the Data tab and then Validation.
At that point, a dialog appears: Data Validation. You select "list" in the "allow" field, and in the source field, you select the cells that contain the values that should appear in your dropdown menu, which for my example from I1 to I6 would be => =$I$1:$I$6.

a+ and good excel
