Casino spam in my emails

Question

Hello, every day I receive emails from casinos in my inbox. Every time I block them. But these spams constantly change the sender's address.  description@fdt.net diatribe@chocofan.com monolith@netmba.com flint@yebox.com bahama@kyokofukada.net donkey@madhuri.com ...........  I can't even contact them to make them stop.   Little hint:  each email has a link to casino sites for example: http://www.moneygoldplaying.com/fr/ http://www.topworldgaming.com/fr/ ...........  I right-click on these casino sites, "Properties", and I get an address with the root of the site "http://www.gamez-downloadz.com/".

It is very easy to change the address and the sender's name of the email to include false information: there is no point in replying. However, on the Whois website, you can identify the REAL owner of the site using the name of the website that appears in the email and, consequently, the one who is actually sending you the emails!!! THERE IS ALSO HIS EMAIL ADDRESS to contact him! Most of the time, they are Chinese sites, particularly Mr. Chen Li, email: 81285588@163.com  You can register this gentleman on all possible sites and forward him the emails you receive... just to share the fun!

You should try to go through a spam filter. You might already have one that came with your antivirus, check if it is activated or increase its effectiveness. Otherwise, there are some very good free ones.

I am also with Orange, but their anti-spam sometimes places emails from friends in the junk folder despite the settings. This is all the more annoying since the anti-spam box is automatically emptied beyond a certain threshold, and I am often away (sometimes for long periods). So I have disabled Orange's anti-spam.

I tried Mail Washer with the same issue; sometimes a friend's email ends up in spam even though the address is listed as "friend"...

So I manually handle my spam, selecting unwanted emails with CTRL click and pressing DELETE (I use Foxmail), it's flawless but it's tedious :-(

In a forum, I read that you had to reply to one of the emails by writing a swear word, in bold and uppercase. It seems silly, and since then I haven't received any emails from any online casino sites.

I see that many of us are having the same problem.  Slightly annoyed, I reported the spam messages on Signal Spam and then I sent a few emails to Alex Turk asking him to take action. (their homepage is edited by AOL and it’s useless) That said, I find it strange that the fraud repression doesn’t look into this, as it’s either counterfeiting or a scam. We're all spammed by Royal Club Casino, we're fed up. I also receive between 10 and 12 messages a day, all about watches and Viagra. By entering addresses and blocking certain words in Orange's antispam, I've managed to block them, but "Royal Club Casino" is impossible. I'm also up for taking action. Thanks to whoever can help us get rid of this.

Good evening,  We shouldn't celebrate victory too soon, but finally, for the past few days, I haven't been receiving any emails from Casino Royal Club.  I went to whois.domaintools.com and methodically searched for information on the domain names linked to the spam I've been receiving. In this regard, I've attached all the contacts I could find, including the companies that registered the domain names, Wexpay, which apparently serves as the technical base for Casino Royal Club, and several casino guides that reference this site.  I complained to each of them about receiving spam and asked to have my email address removed from their databases. I haven't received any responses, but for the past few days, I haven't been getting any spam from Casino Royal Club.  I assure you, I'm still getting spam from Euro Dice Casino! But well, it's progress, isn't it?

I have exactly the same problem, I receive about 1 per day, except that the issue is that spammers use computers of people like you and me, hacked or with trojans, to send their spam. A legal action involves putting innocent people in a delicate situation.

Well, ever since I changed my email address, I’m no longer overwhelmed at all!! No more 40 to 50 emails from casino something or Rolex thing or even software whatever and even Eurofarma cool!!! I reported several of these emails on the "signal spam" site but never heard anything back (since October, that's been a while!!). So I think this suits a certain number of people who profit from it; so the only solution is to change your address to something other than an ISP!! Like Gmail, or La Poste, or something like that! I have one set up there, and since then I've really been at peace for over a year! My club-internet address was still active not long ago, and there were still just as many of those spams even though I programmed a template response saying that this address was no longer valid but without giving the new one!! So that's my opinion on the only valid solution!!

A simple and effective setup:
To remove spam from Royal Casino (and other spam in general) in Outlook Express:
- Open: Tools / Message Rules / Mail,
- Click on New (top right)
- Box 1: Check "When the Subject line contains specific words",
- Box 2: Check "Delete it",
- Box 3: Click on the link "contains specific words",
- Do a "copy/paste" of the title of each spam subject received in the 1st box "Enter specific words", and click on "Add" for each. For Royal Casino, you can copy/paste: "FREE bonus of 555 Euros" and "win 555 Euros for free!", etc.
- Box 4: Rename "New mail rule #1" to something like "Royal Casino Spams" (…bullshit!! if it makes you feel better).
- Finish by clicking "OK" to close each window and "Apply" then "OK" for the last one.
You should be rid of the spam with the subject lines specified.

Switch to Thunderbird and its built-in intelligent spam filter that learns to distinguish your spam. At launch, everything gets through. You designate what you consider spam, Thunderbird analyzes the words and syntax, and adjusts its filter. Next time, some of them don't get through. After a few days of filter training, happiness is on the horizon, everything is filtered into the "junk" folder. For a few tricky cases, a filter can be created in a few clicks. (For example, I am the sender and not the recipient, etc.).
I have been using it for years. The error rate is almost zero. Additionally, TB is free and open-source. So....
I don't see why I should change my email address that I have had for 11 years and that everyone knows....
