Hello, I just spent a week without using eMule and when I wanted to use it again, there were no servers or files. I managed to reconfigure it, but I find myself with a high ID. Now, no downloads are possible.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

If you use Google Chrome, know that ed2k links do not work with this browser.
I changed my search engine and I can download again (legally) lol.
Good luck to you.

me too! I love it but when it doesn't work I look for something else on internet explorer! Only fools never change their minds, that's well known!
What a bunch of idiots for some, And if we don't like other browsers, especially Internet Explorer.
And it's not a matter of being an idiot, please don't insult people you don't know.
Because the idiots here are you and I can prove it,
To fix the ed2k protocol on Windows:
(This solution is provided on eMule, it's like the porsalu, it's written there and it works)
Click below on Browse
Open the folder of your eMule software and select eMule.exe
Download ed2k.reg and save it on the desktop.
Show your desktop.
If you are using Windows Vista, right-click on the file you just downloaded (ed2k.reg). Then select "Run as administrator".
If you are using Windows XP or lower, simply open the file you just downloaded (ed2k.reg).
Allow/confirm the execution of this program if prompted.
Once the confirmation message appears, click OK and try to launch an eMule link again :)
Firefox
If you are using Firefox, follow these steps:
Open Firefox's configuration by typing in the Firefox internet address bar: about:config
In the "Filter:" field, copy-paste the following line: network.protocol-handler.external.ed2k
If a result appears, check that the "Value" column shows: "true". If not, double-click on the line to change its value to "true"!
If no result appears, proceed as follows:
Right-click on the empty space to display the context menu.
Select "New", then "Boolean Value".
Enter the name of the option: network.protocol-handler.external.ed2k
Validate, then select the value true and click OK.
Once these steps are completed, try to launch an eMule link again :)
