emule == ED2K connection in progress.....

Question

Hello, I'm on Vista and I've been having the same problem for 4 days, ed2k: connection in progress and it won't connect while kad is fine.

I have a Freebox but I don't know much about configuration, some people talk about a router and I'm hesitant to start looking at what's going on inside for fear of messing everything up.
Does anyone know how I could reconnect to ed2k? Thank you
Oh yes, the arrows on the globe: the one at the bottom is red and the one at the top is green
and I have Windows Firewall and Norton Security indicating that both are enabled.
Could the problem come from there????

Hello everyone Emuliste,

For the past few days, eD2K has been constantly in "connecting", which does not prevent the mule from working; however, does this slow down or prevent downloading?
I have read and tried several solutions, with no results... I am on XP emulev0.49c

Well, based on what you said, I understand that you don't connect to the ed2k (eDonkey) networks:
to connect to these networks, you need to click on the ed2k tab, then choose a server and double-click on it. There you go, just wait a bit and that's it!

same connection issue for ed2k and kad ok connected, not the same date as you but the same problem for a week, I even tried the previous fixes but it doesn't work, so maybe they cut off the network otherwise what to do? thank you in advance

In the bottom right, you have a world map and 2 arrows; click there and a window opens, but despite the explanations, we can't do anything. It needs to be more specific, thank you for your help because I have the same problem, ed2k is yellow instead of green, why???
