I am a big fan of this series and I have some information about "Rebel Hearts". There are no DVDs of this series available in France (this series did not find a distributor due to lack of audience). If you want this series, you will only find it in English, but be careful, the DVDs that you might find (if you find any, as they are extremely rare) are most of the time burned and not commercially released (because, according to an American acquaintance, the series did not have a large enough audience to be released on DVD). Furthermore, no subtitles are offered, so I advise those who are brave enough to find the dialogues in English and translate them, which could help non-English speakers.
However, here’s a piece of information for those who didn’t know: you can find this series from certain sellers (on eBay, for example, as burned DVDs) under the name "HIGHER GROUND" and not "Rebel Hearts" (the English title is the one used by the sellers).
In addition, to respond to KiraH, no further broadcasts or sequels are planned because, according to the producer and actor Joe Lando, the series is definitely closed, although the actor mentioned that "other themes would have liked to be addressed in this mini-series," but due to lack of resources, and you know the rest...
