Pb lenteur pc

Bonjour,
j'ai des soucis de lenteur sur mon pc depuis quelques jours (2-3)
c un pc neuf je l'ai acheter il y 1 mois avec:

Windows xp sp2
intel dualcore E2160
1GB de ram
160Go disque dur
graphique intel GMA 3000

j'ai fais une analyse avec hijack this en voici le rapport:
