Hello,
Not long ago, I bought a PSP on eBay. However, the menu language is either Japanese or English.
Is there a way to change the menu language?

    Hi,
go to settings (on the far left) and click.
scroll down 4 times (until you reach the PSP logo) and click.
    scroll down once and click.
choose your language (for French, scroll down 3 times from the very top)

I bought a Japanese PSP 3000 for 23 euros to see if I can change the language; for now, it is still in Japan.

    Hello,
go all the way to the left, descend 5 notches to see an icon with a PSP and a small wrench, and go to the 2nd option.

I said that the language was either English or Japanese, so no French.
We need to download something, right?

Go to settings, then scroll down until you see a PSP, then click on it, scroll down to the third one from the bottom, then press X.

    yes !!!
you need to go all the way to the left in the system section
if worse comes to worst, you can look through all the icons, it will take you 5 to 10 minutes.
