To get leaves, the bird is not the best solution. You can go to neighborhood 3, stroll through the big park, and when you come out, you'll have 1 or 2 leaves in your inventory. You can also trade jewelry or other gifts with your friends' items; you need to talk to them a lot for that.
In neighborhood 3, ring people's doorbells, mow their lawns, and you will receive a reward.
In neighborhood 2, ring people's doorbells, walk their dogs, and earn rewards.
To get more tokens, search through phone booths like those on the street.

Hello, I found out how to get a CD from Kevin Lover. If you see Dumbo (the one with the hair pigtails in the air), you can exchange it in the shopping center, and you have to exchange it for a stuffed animal, otherwise it won't work.
