infection malcoreware et virus ranger Résolu

Bonjour,

 J'ai voulu télécharger direct X il y 5 minutes mais à la place il y a eu une alerte virus et comme une idiote j'ai téléchargé des anti virus peu recommandable !!... 
J'ai eu une fenetre d'alerte virus ouverte et en meme temps on me demander de télécharger des programmes anti virus pour y remedier g donc télécharger la version scan gratuit
heureusement g trouver toutes ces alertes un peu louche et j'ai regardé sur un autre pc ce qu'été malwarecore et virus ranger... 
Donc me voila avec apparemment 2 spyware (je c meme pas ce que c'est....) donc en surfant un peu j'ai téléchargé des anti spyware... je c pas si j'ai bien fait..  j'ai donc téléchargé spyhunter 3 ! mais c'est payant existe t'il un anti spyware gratuit ?


question je suis nulle en info !


sur mon bureau g la fenetre de scan de malwarecore ouverte (il me demande de payer pour un anti virus) c t un scan gratuit ca veut dire que je l'ai déja télécharger ?

j'ai une fenetre anonyme "warning spyware threat....."



je suis completement perdue ....

désinstal spyhunter 3

ensuite :

Préalable 
• Vider la corbeille 
• Fermer toutes les applications 

================NAVILOG==================== 

Télécharge ceci http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 

Ensuite suit ce tutorial : http://mickael.barroux.free.fr/securite/navilog.php 

Et enfin post le rapport du scan navilog

j'ai une autre question dans ma page internet ma page d'accueil a disparu et j'ai en haut de la fentre une barre "security toobar 7.1 avec 2 bouton vert  block adware/ popups   et   remove spyware   "

c'est un effet des spyware que j'ai installer ??

comment virer le toolbar ??

j'ai essayer d'installer navilog et une icone est apparu sur le bureau mais c'est un carré blanc avec 2 petite roue à l'interieure ..... j'ai quand meme doucle clic il me demande de taper f pour français puis entrée sauf qu'il y a eu une erreur...
je fais commen ?

ya marquer getpath a cessé de fonctionné acces refusé....
c'est a cause de vista ?

sur cette icone fais un clic doit 
chosii exécuter en tant qu administrateur 
et laisse toi guider
choisi l  option 1 et psote moi le rapport

je viens de remarqué un truc très louche 
en bas a droite de l'écran sur le bureau il restais une icone malwarecore alors que je l'ai désinstaller .... en plus j'arrive toujours pas à supprimer les fichier nommé malwarecore et virus ranger....

le rapport de scan n'est pas encore sorti... :~

fais ça :

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware : 

Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel : 

-> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/ 

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour. 

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression". 

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet". 

Puis click sur "rechercher". 

Laisse le scanner le pc... 

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection. 

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes". 

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum. 

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

bon j'ai de bonne nouvelle j'ai reussi le scan !! wouhou !!
 
le pc a redemarrer j'espere que c'est pas trop grave !

lors du redemarage on me demande d'installer un programme microsoft KB890830 .... je l'ai pas fai j'ai préféré attendre mais je crois que c'est du à la mise a jour.....

Bonne nouvelle le toolbar a disparu ainsi que les dossier contenan les 2 spyware (c cool !!! ><)

quel est l'étape suivante ?? je suis arrivée a un semblan de résultat trop fière de moi !! merci bcp !! bon c'est sur je pense pas que ça soit fini ! si ?

dézipé fait

   un dossier avec plein d'application est apparu et dedans une icone smithfraud
j'ai lancer en tant qu'administrateur mais problème !!!

j'ai un fichier absent... il dise que precess.exe est manquant et qu'il faut que je dézip tout... je vois pas quoi déziper d'autre
je suis bloquer...

ou bien je n'y tient pas compte et j'appuie sur une touche pour suivre la procedure ( je c pas si c'est possible)

laisse tomber smithfraud si tu arrive pas fais ça :

* Téléchargez ELIBAGLA en bas de cette page http://www.zonavirus.com/datos/descargas/95/elibagla.asp 
* Clique sur le bouton Descargar Elibagla cela va télécharger le fichier, placez le sur votre bureau. 
* Double-cliquez dessus pour l'ouvrir 
* Assurez-vous que dans le menu déroulant Unidad, vous avez bien C:\ 
* Vérifiquez aussi que l'option en bas de la fenêtre Eliminar Ficheros Automaticamente est bien cochée 
* Cliquez sur le bouton Explorar pour lancer l'analyse

bon en espagnol ca donne "acceso denegado a la carpeta"... et j'appuie sur ok pour que ça continue

je passe mon temps a appuyer sur ok en fait....

pur les supprimer tu les coches ensuite tu clic sur fix checked

apres instal java car il n est pas present (faille de sécurité) sur ce lien :

oui instal ANTIVIR (gratuit mais en anglais mais simple )

Users who  have up  to now  installed an  ANSI version  of the  Avira
AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic software pack on a Microsoft  Windows
NT, Microsoft Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows XP operating  system,
receive update information when attempting to update.

When updating, please proceed as follows:
 
1. Deinstall   the   installed   version   of   the   Avira   AntiVir
   PersonalEdition Classic.
2. Download a current software pack  from the downoad section of  the
   Avira  AntiVir  PersonalEdition  Classic  website  
   https://www.avira.com/
3. Install this software pack on your computer.

1 System requirements
*********************

In order for Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic to run properly,
the computer system must fulfill the following requirements:

- Computer: Pentium or higher, at least 133 MHz

- Operating system
  - Microsoft Windows Vista or
  - Microsoft Windows XP Home or Professional, or
  - Microsoft Windows 2000, SP 4 recommended
  
Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic also supports Microsoft Windows
XP x64 Edition.
  
The display of the program  interfaces can differ, depending on  the
operating system used.

- 30 MB free memory on the hard disk (more if quarantine is used)

- Min. 100 MB temporary memory on the hard disk

- Min. 25 MB of free main memory

- For all installations: Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher

- For the installation of Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic: 
  administrator rights

2 Important requirements for an installation
********************************************

Ensure that the following  requirements are fulfilled so  that Avira
AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic works properly on your computer:

- System requirements fulfilled
- No other on-access scanner (also called Guard) installed
- Installer has administrator rights
- Internet/Intranet connection available
- All running programs on the computer exited


3 Incompatibilities with other programs
***************************************

Cygwin

If the Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic runs on a system  where
the product Cygwin is  installed, you might encounter  problems with
updating the Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic. In a worst  case
scenario  you  might  not  be  able  to  update  the  Avira  AntiVir
PersonalEdition Classic at all.  Background to this behavior  is the
fact  that the  cygwin process  "cygrun.srv.exe" together  with the
Microsoft Client/Server runtime server subsystem ("csrss.exe) causes
a complete load of the system  once the update process of the  Avira
AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic is started. It is therefore strongly
recommended   to   deinstall  Cygwin   before   the  Avira   AntiVir
PersonalEdition Classic is installed.

depuis tous les changements je ne peux plus regarder les videos sur youtube meme après avoir installer le pack de codec que tu m'a donner
