SEE 3000 : Problem reading Dongle

Hello, I have just installed on my new computer (Windows XP SP2) the IGE+XAO See 300 software which allows for the creation of electrical diagrams.
Once the installation was complete, when I launch the program it indicates: "dongle reading problem".
This message usually appears when the dongle is not present on the parallel port. I do have a dongle, but apparently my computer does not detect it, whereas on my old computer with Windows 98 there were no issues.

Does anyone know how I can use my software? (I am not asking for a crack, but rather how to use my dongle or how to get it recognized by Windows XP)
