The solution is as follows
you open easycafe and click on the account tab, you look for the name of your computers for example: PC01, PC02, etc.. or it depends if you have personalized your computers, and then you click for example on PC01 and click on give time and there you can enter a large number like "99999999" and your problem is solved....

Hello, I have a cybercafé and I have a completely different problem with Easycafe 2.1. All the workgroup stations are working properly, but one station is acting up. It displays and then the counter starts running, and afterwards the symbol for that station on the Easycafe server shows a chair, as if the client had been activated manually on that station even though it was activated on the server! At that point, the counter stops counting, and since the PC is connected to the internet, there is no problem with the network as the IP addresses are assigned automatically, with no configuration needed on the stations! Thank you for suggesting a possible and especially quick solution.

So restart the computer in safe mode, uninstall Easy Cafe and remove it from the program files, then install it again, okay, but with delicacy, no rush. The IP address can be automatic on the client machines, but I don't think it is for the server.
Note: The server's IP address will be provided at the end of each installation on all client machines, okay?

Go to the options section of the Easy Cafe window and set the same IP address of the server on all other client computers, FOR EXAMPLE: 192.168.0.1 if the server has this IP address.

You access the settings of EasyCafe client and set the IP address of your server on all client PCs, that's it.
Maybe I’m getting back to you late, but when the client PCs don’t show up on the server in EasyCafe, there are three possibilities: either the installed server/client versions are different, or there’s an issue with the connection (check your network cable, etc.), and the most common probability is IP addressing (set a fixed IP address on all your client machines to find your server), for example 192.168.1.2.
