Hello,
I installed EasyCafe server and client version 2.1, but the PCs in my workgroup do not show up in EasyCafe server. Can you please help me?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello, I have a little problem with EasyCafe. Yesterday, I formatted a client workstation and reinstalled everything normally, including EasyCafe.
However, I can't access the client applications or the screenshot, and I can't figure out where the issue is. Thank you for giving me a hand.

I know that time can be transmitted to a client from the server. But how can we account for that time or where does it display? My manager is ruining me, I can't detect it on EasyCafe. Please respond quickly; he only shows me the tickets sold. I might have to close the cybercafé.

you open easycafe and click on the account tab, you look for the name of your computers for example: PC01, PC02, etc.. or it depends if you have personalized your computers, and then you click for example on PC01 and click on give time and there you can enter a large number like "99999999" and your problem is solved....

Hello, I have a cybercafé and I have a completely different problem with Easycafe 2.1. All the workgroup stations are working properly, but one station is acting up. It displays and then the counter starts running, and afterwards the symbol for that station on the Easycafe server shows a chair, as if the client had been activated manually on that station even though it was activated on the server! At that point, the counter stops counting, and since the PC is connected to the internet, there is no problem with the network as the IP addresses are assigned automatically, with no configuration needed on the stations! Thank you for suggesting a possible and especially quick solution.

I am very happy and I will try to bring you some solutions. Often when the computer shows such a screen, it's as if you have activated it with the passwords. If I understood correctly, you launched Active on the server, right? So restart the computer in safe mode, uninstall Easy Cafe and remove it from the program files, then install it again, okay, but with delicacy, no rush. The IP address can be automatic on the client machines, but I don't think it is for the server.
Note: The server's IP address will be provided at the end of each installation on all client machines, okay?
For example, on the server, the IP address looks like 192.168.0.1, and then on all the client machines after installing Easy Client, a table will appear on the screen that you need to fill in with the server's IP address 192.168.0.1, then activate it, and there you go, it's started.

The counter is often disabled on the client machine; it only takes a single command in the command prompt.

Go to the options section of the Easy Cafe window and set the same IP address of the server on all other client computers, FOR EXAMPLE: 192.168.0.1 if the server has this IP address.

To answer your question, I would like to know if you were able to set up the network properly. The server's IP address should be entered at the end after each installation of the EasyCafe client. If it’s the default IP address, then you have to put it at the end, like 192.168.1.0 or 192.168.0.1, etc............................... But the server's IP address must be configured manually, okay?
As for the client machines, you can set them to automatic; it won't cause any problems.

Maybe I’m getting back to you late, but when the client PCs don’t show up on the server in EasyCafe, there are three possibilities: either the installed server/client versions are different, or there’s an issue with the connection (check your network cable, etc.), and the most common probability is IP addressing (set a fixed IP address on all your client machines to find your server), for example 192.168.1.2.

When you check the price by double-clicking on the item number, take a good look at the small table that appears; there's a sort of box where it says Print Receipt / Imprimer le Reçu. You need to uncheck it.
