Hello, I want to prevent my children from deleting the history of their searches. I had found a trick by changing a key in the registry, but you can still selectively delete by right-clicking and removing from the history in Internet Explorer the sites visited. How can I disable this option?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Do you sometimes search on Google?!

Do you want to know which websites your children have visited? The simplest solution is to open the history via the View menu, Navigation Pane, History.
However, by expanding the Tools menu, Internet Options, your children can make the browser "forget" by simply clicking the Clear History button. There is a way to prevent this deletion.
Open the Start menu, Run, type Regedit and press Enter. Successively open the keys HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, Policies, Microsoft, Internet Explorer, Control Panel.
Some of these keys may not exist in your PC's Registry. In this case, create them via the Edit menu, New, Key, selecting the immediately higher-level key.
Once done, select the Control Panel key. Using the Edit menu, New, create a DWORD Value that you will name History. Double-click on it and type 1 in the Value data field. Finally, confirm with OK.
History is immediately blocked (there’s no need to restart Internet Explorer). Setting the value to 0 for the same key will make the history editable or deletable again.

Hello
It's easier the other way around.
But there is software that takes a screenshot at regular intervals (the interval is adjustable)
for that I'll leave it to specialists.
I'll come back to this post if I find it for you.
Good luck.

history and always enough to find it with glary utilities and you take file recovery otherwise you block access by creating a second user account and you limit the commands
I just implemented your advice, but by deleting the history from the dropdown menu, I can still remove it one by one! I've followed your tips to the letter.
I really need to block any manipulation or attempt to delete the history.
But how can I do that? Do you have a solution?
Thanks
Later
Pierre
I followed the advice to the letter too, but we can still delete the history one by one.
What solutions have you found?
Thank you for guiding me.
