Lenteur extrême de l'internet

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Je reposte ma demande à savoir si quelqu'un a des suggestions pour corriger la lenteur de mon internet dans la rubrique "Internet" en date du 28 mars 2008 sous le titre "Lenteur extrême de l'internet". J'attends vos suggestions.

Bonjour,

Un peu imprécis comme question. C'est comme sit tu demandais pourquoi ta voiture est lente....

Pourrais-tu donc nous donenr quelques précisions : comment en es-tu arrivé à cette conclusion ? As-tu contacté ton FAI ? Est-ce que tu es seul sur ta ligne ?

Salut Ajbol,

Voici ce ue disais mon premier message où je n'ai pas encore trouver de solution pour régler les problèmes. Voici!

Depuis que j’éprouve certains problèmes de lenteur sur internet, j’ai vu votre site et c’est la première fois que j’écris afin d’avoir de l’aide. C’est seulement l’internet qui est très lent et non mon système informatique. J’ai seulement quelques notions minimes de base en informatique. Voici mon problème! Depuis quelque temps, l’ouverture des pages Web se fait extrêmement longue. Pour donner un bon exemple de la lenteur, je clique sur une page Web et, le temps qu’elle puisse m’afficher quelque chose, j’ai le temps d’aller boire un bon verre d’eau et de manger un biscuit. À mon retour, ladite page commence juste à s’ouvrir et s’afficher. Ça me prend la tête à tout coup. De plus, lorsque je fais une recherche sur un site de moteur de recherche comme Google, je clique sur un site du résultat affiché. Normalement, je devrais me rendre sur ce site en cliquant sur son adresse. ERREUR! Le site m’affiche une page blanche en me disant terminé. Il faut que je fasse « back » dans le moteur de recherche et reclique sur l’adresse en question. Après 2, 3 et même 4 fois, je réussis à me rendre sur ce site, sinon, je fais tout simplement un copie/collé de l’adresse en question que je retranscris dans la barre d’adresse afin de m’y rendre. D’une façon ou de l’autre, c’est beaucoup trop long et inhabituel de procéder de cette façon.

Voici ce que j’ai fait depuis le début du prob afin de le régler. J’ai fait un scan avec mon antivirus BitDefender. Il a trouvé une infection « Zlob » à partir du programme Videokey dont je ne sais pas d’où vient ce programme. J’ai donc redémarré sur « mode safe », désactivé la restauration du système et affiché tous les dossiers cachés. J’ai enlevé les dossiers infectés en faisant une désinstallation de Videokey. Ce programme offrait de le désinstaller si je le voulais. J’ai fait une recherche avec la fonction « Rechercher » à savoir s’il y avait d’autre dossier au nom de Videokey et/ou Zlob dans mon système. Plus rien. Pour être certain que ces dossiers sont bien enlevés, j’ai fait aussi une recherche de Videokey et de Zlob dans le Regedit. Effectivement, il y en avait encore des traces que j’ai enlevées. J’ai redémarré, activé la restauration et activé « ne pas afficher mes dossiers cachés ». J’ai fait un scan avec Ccleaner, BeClean, Ad-Aware, No-Adware et Registry Mechanic. Plus rien de Videokey et/ou de Zlob. Un problème de réglé, mais la lenteur était encore présente et j’avais toujours la même vitesse lente sur internet. Je suis branché à haute vitesse et j’ai l’impression d’être à extrême basse vitesse. J’ai donc fait un scan online avec Panda et Kaspersky, mais ils n’ont rien trouvé.

Du coup, j’ai pensé que j’avais peut-être mal configuré un truc. J’ai donc fait des recherches sur le Net pour m’apercevoir d’une information sur un site qui disait que si l’ordinateur est lent pour l’internet, ce pouvait être dû à mon firewall. Effectivement, c’était le cas. J’ai essayé de désactiver le firewall, mais c’était impossible de peu importe la manière. Avec d’autres recherches, je me suis aperçu qu’il était totalement impossible de désactiver le Firewall de Windows si SP2 était installé sur l’ordinateur car le Firewall est par défaut avec SP2 et ne peut-être désactivé. J’ai donc enlevé totalement SP2 par la même méthode que j’ai enlevé Videokey et Zlob. J’ai conservé SP1 avec le Firewall de Microsoft mais qui n’est pas par défaut. Je me suis aperçu que j’avais aussi un Firewall de mon ancien antivirus Kaspersky. Il y a quelque semaine, j’avais Kaspersky comme ancien antivirus. Par la méthode d’enlèvement de Videokey et de Zlob (expliqué plus haut), j’ai enlevé de mon ordinateur tout ce qui s’appelle Kaspersky, incluant son Firewall. Euréka! J’ai gagné le double de vitesse sur internet, mais il demeure toujours encore un peu lent. J’ai aussi toujours le même problème lorsque je fais une recherche sur Google (voir plus haut). Je suis donc à cours d’idées dans mes recherches pour trouver et régler ces problèmes. Est-ce que quelqu’un aurait une p’tite suggestion afin de m’aider?!?! Je vous en remercie à l’avance. C’est bien gentil de votre part. Espérant que les quelques explications que je donne a pu aider d’autres personne au prise avec les mêmes prob.

Re-salut Ajbol,

Pour répondre à tes questions, oui! J'ai contacté mon FAI. J'ai eu comme réponse qu'il n'y a aucun problème avec le serveur ni avec la ligne téléphonique car je suis en DSL. Je suis seul sur la ligne de téléphonique et qu'il n'y a aucun autre ordinateur sur cette ligne téléphonique.

As-tu essayé de faire un ping sur des sites que tu connais hébergés chez ton FAI (le sien, par exemple)

Voilà qui est en effet plus complet.

Alors, on va essayer quelques trucs :

Tout d'abord, as-tu assayé avec un autre browser (MOzilla, Opera) et obtiens-tu les mêmes résultats ?
As-tu fais un petit nettoyage de ton cache ?
Qu'en est-il de ta mémoire virtuelle ?
As-tu défragmenté ton disque dur ?
Ensuite, est-ce systématique ou seulement à certains moments de la journée.
Combein as-tu de processus actif qui tournent en même temps. C'est bien de se protéger mais si tous ces programmes résidents tournent en meme temps, il faut de la RAM.
As-tu contacté ton FAI par téléphone pour demander s'il peut faire un test de ligne.

ESsaie aussi ceci : vite tous tes antivirus et installe Antivir : mise à jour et scan de tout ton disque.

Je suis avec Firefox de Mozilla, car en IE n'est pas très sécuritaire à comparer de Mozilla.

As-tu fais un petit nettoyage de ton cache ?
Étant donné que mon internet est ouvert à longueur de la journée, le nettoyage du cache se fait régulièrement dans la journée.

As-tu défragmenté ton disque dur ?
Je fait une défrag à tous les matins et un scan disque aussi à tous les matin.

Ensuite, est-ce systématique ou seulement à certains moments de la journée.
À longueur de la journée.

Combien as-tu de processus actif qui tournent en même temps. C'est bien de se protéger mais si tous ces programmes résidents tournent en même temps, il faut de la RAM.
Il n'y a aucun autre programme qui fonctionne en même temps, sinon mon antivirus.

As-tu contacté ton FAI par téléphone pour demander s'il peut faire un test de ligne.
C'est déjà fait et il n'y a aucun problème à ce niveau. D'ailleurs j'ai testé mon modem chez un de mes amis et il n'y a aucun problème pour mon modem. Ensuite, j'ai testé son modem sur ma ligne et il n'y a aucun problème avec son modem. Le problème est vraiment dans mon ordinateur.

1 : vire tous tes cookies
2 : alt-ctrl-del : combien as-tu de process qui tournent ? Y en a-t-il qui bouffent du CPU ou de la mémoire (faut regarder pendant un certain temps)
3 : Vire bitdefender temporairement et télécharge Antivir, mets le à jour et scanne tout ton disque dur
4 : Télécharge Belarc et poste le résultat ici (http://ww.belarc.com)
5 : En utilisant un "aspirateur de web", "pompe" un gros site, déconnecte-toi d'internet et visionne le site off-line. As-tu tpujours les mêmes résultats ?

1. Pour les cookies, je le fais plusieurs fois par jour. Si tu en avais dans le hijack, c'est que je ne l'avais pas fais juste avant de faire mon hijack.
2. pour le gestionnaire des tâches, est-ce qu'il y a un moyen de copier tout le precessus car il y y en a beaucoup dont certains j'ai déjà vu dans le démarrage?!?! Est-ce qu'il y a un moyen que tu puisse voir mes processus?!?!

Pour Belarc, il faudrait faire un copier-coller du texte, pas du code.

Là ou il y a des croix rouges, c'est qu'il y a un problème.

Bon! Pour ce qui est de balancer temporairement mon antivirus BitDefender pour le remplacer par antivir et de faire un scan, il est totalement impossible d'enlever mon bitdefender. Que ce soit en mode normal ou en save mode, il y a toujours comme message qu'il est impossible. Si j'installe Antivir et ce, même si bitdefender est encore là, mon ordinateur plante à tout coup. C'est le pourquoi du délai de réponse à cette question à savoir si antivir a trouvé quelque chose. C'est vraiment à s'y prendre la tête... As-tu d'autres suggestion?!?! Comment fait-on pour copier-coller les teste de Belarc?!?! Merci!!!

Ben tu passes ton curseur sur toute ta page en laissant le bouton enfoncé, puis, CTRL-C puis tu viens ici et tu fais CTRL-V

Fais une copie de ton écran, ce sera plus simple.

Wouin! Je me suis mal exprimé, vraiment mal. DSL! Je sais comment faire un copier/coller, mais je voulais dire à quel endroit que je dois le faire dans les résultats de Belarc car je n'ai pas vu de point ou croix ou coche rouge dans le rapport de résultat de Belarc. J'ai arpenté tous les paramètres de Belarc, mais je n'ai vu aucun place qui puisse avoir un rapport de scan ou texte de scan. A quel endroit dans Belarc me demandes-tu de faire un copier/coller?!?!

Tu dois telecharger le programme, lancer l'analyse et le résultat apprait à l'écran.
C'est là qu'il peut y avoir des "croix rouges"

Salut Ajbol,

J'ai eu beau lancé le programme, mais le seul résultat que j'obtiens est toujours le résultat en bloc-notes que je t'ai montré l'autre jour. Il n'y a aucun autre résultat qui en découle, pas plus de croix rouge qui apparait. Je ne sais plus quoi faire à de par de tout formater... encore!!!
