I have the same problem as you, Ryad. I'm having a hard time opening it; I didn't use the right technique, and I'm going to end up breaking the shell with my brute method....
Especially since it must be simple since it doesn't even mention the procedure in the manual or on the manufacturer's website....

You need to use a needle to open the small hole at the top of the iPhone.
