Deconnecte toi du net.
Ferme toutes les applications en cours ; antivirus, pare-feu, etc ..
Double-clic sur comboscan.exe A la fenêtre qui s'affiche, clic sur OK.
Soit patient ..
Le rapport Comboscan.txt s'affichera, copie et colle le contenu de ce fichier ici.

Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Pour cela :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage
Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.
Et appliquer !
va dans le dossier windows et verifie que tu n´est pas C:\WINDOWS\ upd.dll sinon supprime le
Vide tes fichiers temporaires avec ceci:

<- tutoriel configuration du scanner...
une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files

Je te dis tous ca car j´aimerais que tu performes un scan entier de ta machine a l´aide d´antivir avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus et que tu post le rapport généré ici stp
puis passe aussi cet antispyware :
Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :
Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.
Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".
Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisse le scanner le pc...
Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.
Copie et colle le rapport stp.
Donc post les deux rapport de scan et dis moi pour upd.dll

Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Pour cela :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage
Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.
Et appliquer !
va dans le dossier windows et verifie que tu n´est pas C:\WINDOWS\ upd.dll sinon supprime le
Vide tes fichiers temporaires avec ceci:

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files

Je n'ai plus de problème sauf que quelque fois office 2000 veut s'installer je fais annuler et il recommence 2 3 fois pourtant je l'ai déja pour le reste,plus aucun problème tu es fort... merci beaucoup

tu ne crois pas que c´est une mise a jour office ?
pour antivir > click sur l´icone dans la barre des taches et dans la fenetre du programme, click sur start updates.
dis moi si il se met a jour ?!

Bonjour,pour avira on me dit que je n'ai pas de license valide pour faire les mises a jour. et pour office on me demande d'insérer le cd c'est ce que je ferai ce soir merci bonne journée

pour antivir essaie ceci :
va dans tes programmes files > avira > cherche setup.exe double click dessus et choisie modify et click sur suivant; laisse le reinstaller les composants.
réessaie en suite de faire la mise a jour :
click sur l´icone dans la barre des taches et dans la fenetre du programme, click sur start updates.
dis moi quoi
c´etait la mise a jour pour office ?

Bonsoir,pour avira rien a faire aucune mise a jour parce que je n'ai pas la license;j'ai lu que la version gratuite n'offrait pas les updates alors quel antivirus payant est le mieux versus antivirus gratuit le mieux aussi.Pour office j'ai tout simplement réinstallé et plus de problème parcontre,je ne crois pas qu'il s'agisat d' une mise a jour car il voulait s'installer même internet fermé.merci

C´est quand meme etrange cette histoire de mises a jour...
essaie encore ceci :
desinstal le completement par le panneau de configuration puis passe ccleaner pour corriger les erreures :
Ccleaner:
-> Télécharge Ccleaner (n'installe pas la barre d'outil Yahoo):
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 168 ccleaner
-> L´installer.
-> Une fois installé et lancé :
Dans la colonne de gauche, click sur :
->"registre" :
Coches toutes les cases sous"l´integrité du registre", puis click en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois terminé, clic sur "reparer les erreurs", tu auras un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre, tu click "oui" puis tu recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus rien.
ps : les sauvegardes que tu auras faites, pourront etre supprimées ulterieurement si tout va bien.
->"nettoyeur"
quitte ton navigateur avant de le lancer, dans les propriétés du nettoyeur de l´onglet "windows" et "applications"décoche la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis click sur "lancer le nettoyage" qunand il aura terminé le scan click en bas a droite sur "lancer le nettoyage" et accepte par oui.

Bonsoir,j'aifait ce qui est écrit plus haut et maintenant j'ai unproblème de plus je ne peux plus activer antivir guard alors il ne me protège pas il me dit antivir personnal edition guard could not be started. et pour le update the following error occured when trying to start the update:shedulor not update...je ne comprent vraiment pas j'ai même retéléchargé le programme et essayer repair et rien n'y fait... merci et désolé de prendre autant de temps pour régler mes problème d'ordi.

click sur l´icone de online armor et click sur programme et regarde si il est autorisé : il faut que devant lui il est une bulle avec un v vert dedant si ce n´est pas le cas, repere :
antivirus on acces service
antivirus sheduler
antivirus system tray
antivirus updater
et appuie sur allow en bas
dis moi

Bonjour G!rly,super tout est ok. j'avais blocké shedule + guard avec armor je connais mieux le bouclier maintenant.Mon pc aussi est ok merci mille fois... dois-je indiquer que le problème est réglé?
