It’s very good to have an example of a multiple-choice questionnaire regarding the ITIL certification; as of today, there are indeed around 50 questions available in French. Having the courses or ITIL materials is not enough to succeed; in fact, it is important to have some backup QCM to prepare well. Only listen to yourself for this kind of exercise; those who respond to you with assumptions or other things do not know.
