I reached the same level as you, so I went to sleep when the day was over, and the next morning I could leave for the other island. If it doesn't work the first time, just go back to sleep for the next day, and it should work normally!!

I’m stuck on the stranded sims when the gardener asks for a remedy for her plants and after that, I need to go get the remedy from the doctor. She asks me for 3 types of fish and there’s one that I can’t find, even though I checked the info to see what time to find it but I can’t find it :(
If anyone could tell me exactly where to find it and at what time it would be super nice ^^ thanks in advance!!

To prepare the curry, you need to have your fire set up properly, have a pot, and of course, the recipe. The pot is something the chef will give you once you've helped him. The recipe also comes from the chef; once you've finished everything with him, you'll do "exchange," and then you'll get the recipe. After that, you just need to go to your fire, prepare the food, and make sure you have all the ingredients (eggplants, etc.). Some ingredients will need to be "exchanged" with the farmer. There you go!!!
Otherwise, I'm stuck at 49%, I don't know what to do, I'm going in circles... and it's pretty frustrating! ^^
