Bonjour,
J'ai moi aussi le virus msn, bien que lulu82_33 ne fasse pas partie de mes contacts ^^.
Tout comme lui, je ne suis pas un fortiche de l'informatique...
J'ai donc essayé tout seul en lisant les réponses que vous donniez à ses problèmes mais hélas les résultats des differents scans proposés ne sont pas les mêmes.
Pourrait-on me personnaliser des réponses ?

Ils contiennent des fichiers apparement. Je ne les ai pas ouvert mais c'est ce que ça me dit qd je passe avec la flèche dessus

Tu pourrais me dire le nom d'un des fichiers à l'interieur stp ?

Sans faire de fautes si possible et avec l'extension ( par exemple .exe , .dll ) tu la connaitra un faisant un clique droit sur le fichier > propriété.

Met à jour IE -> https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/allproducts
En effet les version 6 et antérieures , sont bourrées de failles de sécurité , le version 7 les corrigent en partie.

Lance-le et choisi l'option ' cleanup! '

Télécharge clean : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

Une fois téléchargé et dézippé ( clique droit , extraire tout) , lance clean.cmd ( ou clean ), Choisi l'option 1 et poste moi le rapport.(- Où est le rapport clean ? : « Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

Je dois encore te demander des precisions :
concernany hijackthis , je fais Do a system scan and save log ou Do a system scan only ?
Losque je coche les deux cases, le scan est déjà partit, il est plus rapide que moi, est-ce grave ?
Derniere question : il y a en bas à gauche un bouton avec ecrit fixed quelquechose, dois l'enclancher ? Lorsque je le fait, il me demande si je veux vraiment effacer les deux lignes cochées, et je ne le sais pas .

Tu fais Do a system scan ( je l'ai dit ) puis tu coches les 2 case et tu appuis sur ' fixchecked ' et tu répond oui a la demande de confirmation.

ça fait deux fois que , au bout de 11 minutes, il me dit : vous n'avez pas choisi de fichier : retour.
Alors je recommence, je selectionne le fichier (ouvrir) et ensuite envoyer.....
???

Re pour l'upload se n'est pas obligatoire , mais c'est bien si tu l'as fait ;)

Redémarre en MSE

Re-lance clean -> Choisis l'option 2

Clean va travailler.

Un rapport Va etre généré , poste le moi ;)

Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

# Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe >
# Clique sur .Recherche
# puis sur Suppression quand la liste est trouvée.
# Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).
# Note : ton bureau RISQUE de disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau

Maintenant que ton PC n'est plus infecté, désactive ta "Restauration du système" puis réactive la, ce qui créer un point de restauration sain...

Désactivation :
Clique droit sur le "Poste de travail" > Propriétés > onglet "Restauration du système" > coche la case "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs"
> Applique patiente jusqu’à ce que cela soit marqué "désactivé" puis Ok.

Activation :
Suivre le même chemin ; décoche la case "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs"
> Applique attends que cela soit à nouveau sur "surveillance" puis Ok. Redémarre l'ordinateur.

→ Télécharge HJT



Place le dans ' C:\programmes\ ' Une fois cela fait , merci de renommer l'icône ( clique droit > renommer )' Hijackthis.exe 'située dans le dossier dans C:\ , en ' HJT.exe ' <<<<<<<<< Important !!! <<<<<<<

Le chemin d'accés du programme doit être ressemblant à celui-ci : C:\Programme\Trend Micro\Hijackthis\HJT.exe

→ Ne pas renommer l'icône du raccourci sur le bureau bien entendu ...

→ Puis lance-le et choisi l'option '' do a system scan and save a logfile '' et poste moi le rapport ( qui apparait sur le bloc-note )


(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Tu as désinstallé Bitdefender ?

Fallait pas prendre Avast =P

Ta version d'Adobe n'est pas à jour , désinstalle ta version actuelle en passant par ' ajout et supréssion de programmes '

Puis télécharge la dernière , via ce site --> https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

BOONTY GAMES est un programme permettant de jouer à des jeux , mais il n'apporte que des emmerdes.

Démarrer > executer > ' services.msc ' ,

- Clic droit sur le service cité - Boonty Games
- propriétés
- et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « désactivé ».
- Ensuite si le "Status du service" est sur "Démarré" faire : « arrêté »

Fait ceci :

→ Télécharge clean : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

→ Dézippe-le ( clique droit , extraire tout)

→ Lance clean.cmd ( ou clean ), Choisi l'option 1 et poste moi le rapport.

(- Où est le rapport clean ? : « Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

Note : Tu auras peut-être un message qui t'invitera a uploader un fichier , fait-le dès que tu pourras.

Au niveau soucis, c'est la grande lenteur generale et le demarrage fastidieux (25mn avant de pouvoir se connecter).
Je n'ai plus de pages pub intempestives par contre...
