Bonjour,
J'ai rescement eu un virus , j'ai utilisé des logiciels pour m'en débarrasser mais après j'ai une une fenetre qui apparait toute les 3 ou 4 mise en marche de mon PC qui a un compte à rebourt d'une minute en me disant que C:\windows\system32\services.exe a un probleme et doit redemarrer.
et quand il ne me fait pas ça j'ai une connexion internet lente voir parfois inexistante et là mon antivirus kaspersky 2007 m'ouvre une fenetre bleu qui dit c:\windows\system32\services.exe ne pêut etablir de connexion au serveur ...
du coup emule (surtout le reseau kad) et piolet ne marchent pas !

donc sinon j'ai windows xp sp1 , p4 3.2ghz ,1go memoire et kaspersky en antivirus

Salut, bon je vais essayer. deja tu as bien le sp2 de xp et non pas le sp1. Par contre pense a mettre a jour ton pc, comme pour internet explorer

Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip

Décompresse-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et place les fichiers dans C:\MSNFix (très important).

Double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécutez l'option R.
-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage

Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

merci beaucoup mais ça me dit "l'infection n'a pas été detectée" donc apparement ce n'est pas ça .

d'autre solution ?

ps: la connexion internet marche au bout d'une heure et dure environ 20 à 30 min et après sa rebloque à nouveau (c'est d'ailleurs comme cela que je peux te répondre) mais sinon c'est toujours le meme probleme avec c:\windows\system32\services.exe "ne peut etablir une connexion au serveur..." et internet qui bloque et le pc entier qui a tendance a ralentir
sinon j'ai supprimer des trucs avec les differents antivirus (qui n'etaient pas intallées en meme temps mais successivement)
j'utilise aussi spybot et malwarebites mais ils trouvent rien

je ne sais plus quoi faire , peut etre ai je supprimer des trucs qu'il ne fallait pas ?

Moi ce que je pense c'est que c'est un virus qui ta fais ca. Deja une petite solution pour te faire gagner du temps dans tes manips, c'est une fois démarrer ton pc, essaye de reculer l'heure de style 10 minutes au debut pour voir si tu gagne 10 minutes. Ensuite tu pourra retarder plus si ca marche.

Fais un scan en ligne en cliquant ici https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr
* Tu dois réaliser le scan en utilisant Internet explorer. Une information apparait en haut, près de la barre d'état. Tu dois accepter et installer l'activeX proposé. La mise à jour de l'antivirus se lance.
* Réalise un scan complet du système.
* Sauvegarde le rapport en mode texte à l'issue du scan.

bonjour,

voila le scan que j'avais deja fait ya 2 jour
et pour l'horloge je l'avais deja rreculer de 24h car pour le ver blaster si tu te souviens ça faisait la meme chose alors ça était un reflexe de la reculer mais ce pb de fenetre a compte a rebourt n'arrive qu'une fois toute les 5 mise en marche de mon PC d'ailleurs hier et aujourd'hui ça n'est pas arrivé.

salut désolé de ne repondre que maintenant. on va essayer un autre logiciel :

fais ca et post le rapport stp
télécharge GenProc de Jean-Chretien1 et Narco4 sur ton bureau

lance genproc.bat et mes le rapport qui t'aura ouvert sur ce forum, fais ensuite exactement tous ce qu'il te demande

voila!

en fait le truc est bizarre, parce que internet et msn marchent au bout de 2h(toujours avec le message de kaspersky c:\windows\system32\services.exe "ne peut etablir une connexion au serveur..." ) mais si j'utilise virtualbox et ke j'émule une machine (kaella en l'occurence) là , la connexion internet marche tout de suite donc ça ne vient pas de ma freebox!! le probleme c'est windows ou bien un virus sur windows mais j'ai utilisé tout ces logiciels et pas grand choses:

-smitfraudfix que j'ai utilisé avant d'ouvir cette discution dans ce forum et qui m'a débarrasser d'un truc rouge qui c'était affiché sur mon arriere plan avec ecrit virus en gros et une tete de mort.
-puis msnfix qui n'a rien trouvé
-spybot qui a trouvé de malheureux spyware non agressif (leurs supression n'a d'ailleurs rien changé)
-malwarebytes qui a trouvé un malware qu'il a supprimer mais ça n'a rien changé non plus
-l'antivirus "antivir" qui m'a trouvé un truc et qui l'a supprimer aussi (je l'ai desintaller pour le suivant)
-kaspersky 2007 qui a fait un super scan qui découvert un truc dans system32 qui etai je crois "dpoad.sys" mais je suis pas sur et il l'a supprimer!

et enfin les trucs que tu viens de me donner et qui n'ont rien trouvé.

j'en suis arrivé à un point de me dire que je vais formater et installer un dérivé de linux parce que microsoft ça commence a me saoulé grave.

donc voila si t'as une dernière solution n'hésite pas et si t'as des questions pour en savoir plus (info ke j'aurais oublié de mentionner)

ok merci pour ses précisions. Bon moi ca depasse de mes competences je crois bien. alors comme tu veut ou tu re post un message poour avoir d'autre reponse.
Ou alors oui formater et ba ouai si tu veux linux. (d ailleurs que j aimerai bien essayer)
