You can't have the shower plan right away; you first need to build a lot of other things. Build what you're allowed to, and it will gradually unlock.
To wash yourself, you have to swim in the sea. When you discover the third island, there are hot springs where you can wash up faster. I hope that works for you. Have fun!

I still haven't caught the shark or found it, right?

To kill wild boars, you must go towards a wild boar and wait 2 minutes, then they will fight and after that you can recover the meat. To catch the chickens, you need to set a chicken trap and wait, sometimes it can take a long time

C'est pas dur d'acheter une douche, déjà il te faut de l'argent et pour la prendre tu cliques sur "star" et après il y aura un marqueur qui indiquera un truc et il faudra y aller, c'est là qu'il y a des meubles. Ensuite, dès que tu as ta douche, tu la places où tu veux dans ta maison. Puis tu prends ton sims et tu le fais aller sur la douche en cliquant dessus, et il y aura marqué "prendre une douche" et tu cliques. Voilà, c'est tout. Bonne chance !
