Pinnacle version 11 activation key

Hello,
I bought "Pinnacle Studio install DVD version 11." I have the original CD-ROM, but I can't install it because it asks for a series of 5 digits, whereas the CD-ROM has a series of 7 digits (6 times). I don't have anything else; I must have thrown away the packaging of the CD-ROM. I keep all my software in a transparent pocket.
I have the original manual. How can I obtain the activation key?

    I purchased Pinnacle11 Plus and I need the activation keys for volumes 1, 2, and 3 in order to use it fully.
    It would be kind of you to share them with me if you have them.

      I have the internet, on the CD-ROM there are lots of numbers: there are too many. Honestly, I didn't know they put license numbers on photo software purchased in supermarkets, it's stupid.
      I've been searching online for 2 hours, there is no after-sales service, I have the user manual, there is no address or email, nothing.

    I have the same problem as you with a TV key. How did you get a key?

      To obtain the activation key for "Pinnacle version 11", I took a photo of my "original CD ROM + the book" to prove that I had indeed purchased it, and right away I received the activation key by email. Good luck!

    I obtained the key by sending a photo of my original Pinnacle version 11 CD to customer service, and in return, I received the activation key.
