Hello,
With the purchase of the Fugi S5000 digital camera, I was provided with the FinePixViewer software; I followed the manual and installed it without any issues. However, I am facing problems while using it and there is no one to ask for advice at the place where I bought it.
Here is my concern:
Contrary to what is stated in the manual, my card automatically discharged while downloading the photos to my PC. To make a paper print, I want to copy them onto a CD-R and I can't, I get an error message: CD drive not recognized, even though I put the CD in the burner. The Fugi website is silent on the subject.
Can anyone who knows this equipment advise me?
