Hello
On my Asus N73 laptop, I couldn't find how to disable Express Gate in the BIOS.
If someone has the solution, thanks.

Hello,
I have a problem with updating Express Gate Cloud on my netbook.
I have 19 updates available but I can't update them. It tells me that it downloads them and says it will restart, then it opens Windows 7, but the updates are not installed.
I can't play music, nor update the Adobe Flash plugin.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Eee PC 1015, AMD Brazos processor, Windows 7 Starter
My other problem is that this computer is very slow, it's one month old and I haven't installed anything on it except an antivirus. I wanted to know if this is normal or if it's just my computer.

Hello,
I have exactly the same update issue (that's actually what brought me to this forum!). The computer pretends to download all the selected updates and then restarts.
During the next session, it's the same story, I get the same updates offered to me.
Regarding the computer being slow, check if there’s a process named 'Windows Interrupts' consuming all the CPU time (access via CTRL + SHIFT + ESC).
I had the same problem and fixed it by disabling a feature of the sound card (I don't recall it right now and I don't have the eeePC at hand but I can find that quickly).

Hello,
The express gate only works if connected via ethernet, no wifi because for wifi to work, the PC needs to be turned on with Windows.
See you later!

false! on my p5q3 deluxe, my hard drive is in ahci and express gate works perfectly... you need to reinstall it, as mentioned above!
