Missing kernel32.dll

maybe one of you can help me
I had a virus some time ago (eradicated)
but since then, when I start my computer, I get the message "dw.exe is linked to a missing export kernel32.dll"
I get the same type of message when opening a series (almost all, in fact) of programs on my computer, for example for winzip: "winzip32.exe is linked to a missing export kernel32.dll"
I have already tried reinstalling kernel32 via system tools/system information/system file checker.
I also went to the site that allows downloading kernel32.dll but since it’s a zipped file ... I couldn't do anything with it
I also asked a friend to put kernel32.dll from his computer onto a floppy disk, and then I wanted to transfer it to windows/system but I got a display window telling me "unable to create or replace kernel32.dll: the specified file is in use by windows"
I don’t know what to do anymore SOS
