Cursor disappeared in Word

Hello everyone,

For several days now, I've been having a problem with Word. When I launch the application, the cursor (or insertion point; the blinking bar) doesn't appear anymore. It's very hard to navigate in a text...

Does anyone have a solution to make it reappear?

Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.12

    The inverted cursor didn't work for me... Word 2010...

    What worked, however:
    CTRL+ALT+DEL
    --> Open the task manager
    --> Select Winword (1 click on it)
    --> Click the "End Process" button

    Restart Word... The mouse reappears...
    Probably a bug every now and then?
