Word, separate pages from the same file

Hello,
I’m including Word files of several pages into a kind of database that will display the first page as a thumbnail.
Since I need to see all the pages in this database, I wanted to automatically split a multi-page Word document into several different files (without selecting one page at a time and saving it).
For example, a Word document: doctravail.doc of 24 pages would become doctravail01.doc, doctravail02.doc... etc.
Is there a way to do this in Word or even Excel?

    Hello Laurence88, thank you for your reply but that's not what I'm looking for...
    Actually, from a document that is, for example, 10 pages, I want to extract each page and save them separately... as many documents as there are pages... thank you for your responses...
