comme pas mal de monde je suis moi aussi infecté je demande donc a toutes les bonnes volontés de maider par contre je vous demanderais d'étre patient car je découvre l'informatique merci d'avance je suis sous vista et mon anti virus est macaffee mon pc est un portable dell inspiron 1520

Télécharge Hijackthis de Trend Micro:
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/hijackthis.php?page=download
Installes-le.
Il sera dans C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis2.0.2\HijackThis.exe
	
	[*]Lances-le par Do a system scan and save a logfile.
	[*]A la fin du scan, un blocnote va s'ouvrir, enregistre le sous HJT1.txt.
	[*]Puis sans le fermer :
CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
CTRL+C pour copier 
CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse
	[*]Tu le refermes pour le moment.
	[*]Tu attends les résultats de l'analyse.

Important : Sous Vista, clic droit sur le fichier Hijackthis.exe ou sur le raccourci, Propriétés, Onglet Compatibilité, cocher :
"Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur"

j'ai fait mots pour mots ce que tu m'as dit et voila le résultat: pour répondre a ta question j'ai une fenétre qui est apparu me disant que j'avais w32.myzor.fk@yf comme tout était écrit en anglais je n'ai pas tout saisis  enfin quoiqu'il en soit je n'ai plus accés a internet

Bonsoir.

**Antivirus**

Il faut désinstaller un des deux antivirus sans attendre.
Celui que tu veux.
Si tu gardes McAfee, désnstalles Avast avec cet utilitaire:

**Smitfraudfix**

Télécharge Smitfraud.fix de S!Ri Balltrap et Moe :
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
Toujours charger avant l'utilisation pour profiter des dernières mises à jour.
Lance-le en cliquant droit sur SmitfraudFix.exe et Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

	Dans la fenêtre bleue, choisis l'option 1] et Entrée
	Fais un copier coller du rapport qui s'ouvre dans ta prochaine réponse.
	Ce rapport sera enregistré comme suit : C:apport.txt

**A télécharger**

Sur ton bureau.

Installe-le.
Tu ouvres AVG AntiSpyware et tu le mets à jour par le bouton [i]Mise à jour/i en haut à gauche, et [i]Commencer la mise à jour/i.
Puis choisis le bouton "Analyse".
Puis l'onglet "Paramètres"
Sous la question "Comment réagir ?", clique gauche sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaine"
Coche "Générer un rapport après chaque analyse".
Quitte-le pour le moment.

**Démarrage en mode sans échec**

Après la fermeture de la première fenêtre, au tout début de la phase de démarrage du PC (boot), appuyer sur F8.
Une fenêtre de type DOS s'ouvre, sélectionner Mode sans échec à l'aide des flèches du clavier et cliquer sur Entrée (Enter) une fois surligné.
Ne t'inquiète pas de l'aspect, Windows démarre avec le minimum nécessaire.
"Il faut choisir la même session que celle qui est infectée."

**Nettoyage des fichiers temporaires**

Ouvre CCleaner et clique sur Analyse, puis quand elle est terminée, clique sur Lancer le nettoyage.
Il sera effectué même si tu vois encore l'affichage dans le cadre principal.

**Hijackthis**

Tu lances Hijackthis par le bouton "Scanner seulement/Scan only", selon la version et tu coches:

Tu cliques sur "Fixer objet/Fix checked" et tu refermes Hijackthis.

**Nettoyage**

Utilise OTMoveIt.
Pour cela ouvre-le:
Copie et colle la liste ci-dessous  dans le volet de gauche "Paste List of Files/Folders to Move" et clique sur "MoveIt!" pour lancer la suppression.
La case "Unregister Dll's and OCX's" doit être cochée.

C:\Program Files\Video Add-on
C:\Windows\OEM02Mon.exe

Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre Results à droite.
Clique sur Exit pour fermer.
Un rapport sera enregistré dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.(xxxxxxxx_xxxxxx.log)
Les x sont des chiffres qui correspondent à la date et l'heure du scan.

**Scan anti-malwares et anti-troyens**

Lance AVG Antispyware. 
Tu choisis dans Analyse : "Analyse complète du système".
Puis quand le scan est terminé, tu choisis Appliquer les actions, bouton en bas à gauche.
Tu sauves le rapport sur le bureau.

**Redémarrage en mode normal**

un conseil pour l’avenir
Pour ne attraper de virus pas il ne faut jamais  utiliser XP en mode Administrateur
Windows XP crée un compte Administrateur pendant la procédure d'installation. La plupart des utilisateurs se simplifient la vie, croient-ils, en conservant ce compte pour exploiter leur machine. Un virus, un cheval de Troie ou  une fausse manipulation peut donner le contrôle à un attaquant extérieur qui en tant qu'Administrateur aura alors tous pouvoirs pour supprimer des comptes, changer les mots de passe, installer des logiciels, supprimer les fichiers, etc...
En revanche, si vous utilisez votre machine avec des droits réduits, Utilisateur ou Utilisateur avec pouvoir, les dégâts possibles seront très limités. Je vous conseille donc de créer un utilisateur et d'utiliser ce mode pour travailler. Il suffira de repasser en mode Administrateur le temps nécessaire pour installer de nouveaux logiciels ou pour faire des opérations sur le système. Pour ceux qui ont besoin de repasser souvent en mode Administrateur, il existe une commande Exécuter comme... (en faisant clic droit) qui permet d'exécuter un programme en mode administrateur sans changer de session.

Tu as raison pour XP, mais dans le cas présent nous sommes sous Vista et avec le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs, la protection est effective.

Re,

Tu ajoutes ceci à la procédure en mode sans échec :

Ouvre le dossier SmitfraudFix
Double clic sur [b]SmitfraudFix.cmd[/b] choisis l'option 2 et Entrée
Réponds O aux deux questions suivantes:
-Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ?
-Corriger le fichier infecté ?
Un rapport.txt sera généré et tu le postes pour contrôle avec les autres.

Aprés avoir effectué toutes les opérations, je peux enfin profiter d'internet. Je remercie tout particulièrement Nardino car ses explications étaient trés claires même si j'ai raté un ou deux trucs, mais les résultats sont là. Voici ci-joint les rapports, à part celui d'AVG car il me mettait "aucun rapport disponible". J'ai vérifié la configuration, tout était OK pourtant. Merci encore.

Par contre j'ai un soucis sur mon PC fixe, lorsque je clic droit sur un dossier, windows veut m'installer un logiciel nommé SPYWARE FIGHTER. Peux tu me renseigner la dessus.

Tu peux supprimer Smitfraudfix et Otmoveit en ouvrant ce dernier et en cliquant sur CleanUp!

Tu lances Hijackthis par Scan Only sans autre application et tu coches:
O4 - HKLM\..\Policies\Explorer\Run: [some] C:\Program Files\Video Add-on\icthis.exe 
Cliques sur Fix checked.

Pour ton autre pc passe un coup de SmitfraudFix.

Pourquoi pas C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe  ?
SynTPEnh.exe n'est situé ni dans "SynTPEnh", ni dans "Synaptics Pointing Device Driver" (cfr.Castle-Cops).

Par contre, je trouve ceci :
Il s'agit d'un driver pour "Pavé tactile ou Touchpad"

j'ai lancé SmitfraudFix comme tu me la conseillé et toujours pareil lorsque je clic droite sur un dossier spyware fighter essai de s'installé je te précise que là je suis sous xp familiale et que mon antivirus est avast

Si tu vas chez un brocanteur, rechercher des vieilleries, ça ne m'étonne pas!
Applique ce que Nardino te recommande; c'est un très bon helper comme on en voit trop peu !
ComboFix est mis à jour très régulièrement par son concepteur. Il est en ordre.

	Ferme toutes les fenêtres
	Double-clique sur combofix.exe (ne clique pas sur la fenêtre qui s'ouvre)
	Appuie sur Y pour lancer le scan
	A la fin du scan (cela peut prendre du temps), un rapport sera créé.
	Poste ce rapport dans ton prochain message.

- Enregistre-le sous CFScript.txt, sur le bureau
- Comme sur l'image présentée ici, fais glisser CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe

Nous allons procéder autrement.

Dans un blocnote ( Tous les programmes-Accessoires) tu copies-colles ce qui suite dans l'encadré.
Dans Format, veille à bien retirer la coche devant Retour à la ligne automatique.
Fais un retour chariot ( Entrée) après la dernière ligne.

Dans Fichier, Enregistrer sous, Tous les fichiers, sur le bureau tu enregistres sous le nom fix.reg
Si le fichier obtenu est appelé fix.reg.txt, tu le renommes en supprimant .txt à la fin

Ensuite tu cliques droit sur ce fichier, tu choisis Fusionner et tu acceptes.
Un message t'avertira de la bonne exécution du fix.

 Sur ton bureau. Important.

Tu le lances, il ne nécessite pas d'installation.

Tu inscris (ou tu colles) le chemin du fichier/dossier à supprimer (C'est à dire ce qui suit)dans la fenêtre de gauche, cadre du haut , en-tête bleu 
(Paste List of Files/Folders to Move) et tu cliques sur MoveIt!.
(La case Unregister Dll's and OCX's doit être cochée.)

C:\WINDOWS\system32\italfds.exe 
C:\PROGRAM FILES\Magentic

Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre Results à droite.
Clique sur Exit pour fermer.
Un rapport sera enregistré dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.(xxxxxxxx_xxxxxx.log)
Les x sont des chiffres qui correspondent à la date et l'heure du scan.
Redémarre le pc et poste le rapport avec un nouveau Hijackthis et un nouveau Combofix.

Je ne connais pas ce programme qui semble légal.
Il faut regarder dans les paramètres pour désactiver une protection résidente ou ne plus afficher les messages.
Ou plus simple, désinstaller le programme.  lol

Pour contrôle, télécharge:
http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe

Il suffit de cliquer sur le fichier .exe
Si la clé n'est pas introduite (ou le disque externe), il sera demandé de la connecter.

j'avais vu sur ce site que quelqu'un avais installé spyware fighter et que son  pc s'eteingnait et se rallumait sans arrèt donc je ne voulais pas prendre le risque de l'installer .c'etait donc pas possible de le retrouver dand ajout et supression de programme .j'ai pris le risque de l'installer pius je l'ai supprimé et mon problème s'est envollé je tiens a remercier tout ceux qui mon aidé et tout particulièrement nardino qui a fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité et d' une grande patiente merci mille fois
