Pb ati2cqag.dll qui fait planter mon PC !

Bonjour,
Plusieurs fois mon PC redémarrait quand je lançais un jeu. Au redémarrage, un message d'erreur est apparu en mentionnant les dossiers 'minidump' et 'sysdata'. J'ai trouvé de bonnes actuces sur Internet et j'ai appris des trucs. En effet, lors d'un crash PC, un dossier rapport se créer automatiquement appelé 'minidump'. Grâce à un logiciel de Windows, j'ai pu ouvrir le fichier qu'il contenait et ainsi voir le fichier qui faisait planter mon PC.
Le rapport me dit que c'est le fichier ati2cqag.dll qui fait tout planter. J'ai installé un autre driver pour ma carte graphique ATI X1650 Pro, mais ceci fait empirer la situation...
Auriez-vous une idée pour résoudre mon problème ?
