Keygen for Recover My Files V3.98

Hi everyone, please it's very urgent. I'm using Recover My Files V 3.98, I found deleted files that I want to recover, but the problem is it asks me to register. I have the keygen, I enter the registration key and my username, but it doesn't work. I need the Username because it won't work and I haven't found any solutions. Please help me, it's urgent because I need the files.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.11
