Double cliques sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et laisse-toi guider.
Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valides.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Fermes toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuies sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le bloc-notes. Ton bureau va réapparaitre
PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau.

Colle le rapport :
Clean permettra de faire du nettoyage et supprimer des fichiers que des anti-virus et anti-spywares n'ont pas pu trouver. Le logiciel est régulièrement mis à jour, vous devrez donc le re-téléchargé pour obtenir une version plus récente.
Téléchargez clean.zip, décompressez-le sur votre bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), vous obtenez alors un dossier clean
Démarrez Windows en mode sans échec : Guide pour redémarrer en mode sans échec
Ouvrez le dossier clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-cliquez sur clean.cmd, une fenêtre noire va apparaître pendant un instant, laissez la ouverte jusqu'à ce qu'elle se ferme.

refais hijackthis comme indiqué avant , il ne faut pas le mettre dans un fichier temporaire

Relance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked".

-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"
Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse
->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "
->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous".
->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le rapport ici

j ai aussi fait un scann avec bit defender il me met adware skinner.a 2 menaces restantes aucune action possible . adware navipromo bzm 3 menaces restantes misent en quarantaine et 2 elements proteges par1 mot de passe 2 menaces restantes aucune action possible QUE DOIS JE FAIRE

utilise pour supprimer tes traces
CCLEANER: (lance un nettoyage et répare 3 fois les erreurs) sans installer la barre yahoo

si tout c'est bien passé désactive la restauration système pour purger les virus qui seraient dedans
puis redemarre ton ordi
puis réactive là
(dans DEMARRER puis TOUS LES PROGRAMMES puis ACCESSOIRE puis OUTILS SYSTEME puis RESTAURATION SYSTEME puis paramètre)

colle le rapport bitdefender cette fois avec le nom des virus et les fichiers qui sont inféctés

le virus est dans la sauvegarde de spybot c'est pour cela que tu ne peux l'enlever avec bitdefender.
lance spybot que tu as puis vas dans SAUVEGARDE et supprime tout ce qui est dedans
puis verifie avec bitdefender
