Hello,
I deleted empty folders in "program files" and since then I can't launch eMule, whether I click on the shortcut or go through "start", nothing happens at all. I don't understand why this is happening when everything was fine before. Do you think it's because I deleted these empty folders?

I think my problem with eMule comes from this folder deletion because I tried to run another software (Toque Blanche Suite) and it didn't work either. It says: "Runtime error 339; the component comdlg32.ocx or one of its dependencies is not properly registered: a file is missing or incorrect."
So I downloaded this component but when I try to install it, it says: "An error occurred while copying the file comdlg32.ocx. Unable to copy the file to the destination directory."
So if someone knows what I should do, I would really appreciate your help, please.

it's me again, the problem is obviously more serious than I initially thought.
This morning, I wanted to install the 2008 version of MSN, but I couldn't, the computer was not having it, it told me: "An error occurred during installation. Windows Live Suite could not be installed. System error details Code 0x80070652. Description: another installation is in progress. Finish that one before proceeding with this installation."
The problem is that when I open the task manager, there is absolutely no installation in progress, there's nothing at all.
