PC infecté par ft.pc - merci de votre aide.

Question

Bonjour,
Comme beaucoup sur votre forum je suis envahi par des site non désirés, je viens d'analyser avec Navilog 1 comme vous le préconnisez et voici ci-après le rapport "fixnavi.txt".
Merci de m'indiquer la marche à suivre afin de poursuivre l'eradication.

Veille à ce que le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé.
Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". 

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 2
Laisse toi guider et patiente. 
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC 
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts 
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé. 
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais-le toi-même) 
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire. 
Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... *** 
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir. 
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver 
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaître 
Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches. 
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter" 
Tape explorer et valide. Cela te fera apparaître ton bureau

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste 

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis 
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier. 
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

Bonjour,
J'ai bien redémarer Navilog1 puis choix 2 mais là, le texte ci-dessous s'affiche dans la fenêtre noire puis en appuyant sur une touche pour continuer, l'outil se ferme.

"Pour effectuer un nettoyage avec Choix 2, vous devez impérativement avoir fait auparavant une recherche avec le choix 1 et transmit le rapport au Helper qui vous a pris en charge
L’outil va être interrompu
Appuyez sur une touche pour continuer…"

Bonjour et merci pour votre aide mais, il m'est impossible d'exécuter Navilog1, toujours le même message lors de la phase 2 "transmettre le rapport au Helper qui vous a pris en charge L’outil va être interrompu ".
J'ai donc téléchargé puis installé "panda antirootkit" mais lors du démarrage, le message d'erreur suivant apparait : "operating system not supportied"
Quant à AVG ANTI ROOTKIT" lui il s'ouvre mais n'ayant pas passé panda antiroostkit je ne sais pas s'il est judicieux de l'utiliser et si oui, y a-t-il un tuto?
Que puis-je faire?

J'ai lancé AVG Antirootkik puis le scan Navolog1 joint ci-dessous.

Bonsoir,
Et voilà, je ne sais par quel miracle, Navilog1 a bien scanné jusqu'au bout dans sa phase 1 et la phase 2 c'est enfin déroulée parfaitement avec un résultat très positif car, après 2 heures de navigation sur le net, plus une seule fenêtre ne c'est ouverte à mon insu.
Un grand merci à" jlpjlp" qui m'a bien aidé, merci à CCM que je vais recommander sans me géner à mon entourrage.

Bonjour,
Est-il nécessaire d'installer un de ces programmes sachant que j'ai installé l'antivirus NOD32 et Ad-Aware SE personnal l,  ne sont-ils  pas suffisants? Car pour installer un des 4 Antivirus que tu me proposes, il me demande de désinstaller les 2?

J'ai passé NOD32 mais environ 150 messages du type ci-dessous s'affiche à la fin de l'analyse :

[4] Ouverture du fichier impossible. Il est utilisé exclusivement par une autre application ou le système d'exploitation.

Par contre, suite à toutes ses manips pour éradiquer ses virus, et après une journée de navigation, plus de soucis au niveau d'internet, mais depuis, lorsque j'ouvre une application ou une fenêtre, parfois, la fenêtre se fige avec comme message dans la barre des taches "l'application ne répond pas" une dizaine de seconde après tout redevient normal et ceci  recommence un peu plus tard.  Que puis-je faire?

tu peux faire un sca en ligne en laissant ad aware et nod32 activés ..
donc colle le rapport d'un scan en ligne

Colle le rapport :
Clean permettra de faire du nettoyage et supprimer des fichiers que des anti-virus et anti-spywares n'ont pas pu trouver. Le logiciel est régulièrement mis à jour, vous devrez donc le re-téléchargé pour obtenir une version plus récente.

&#61623;  Téléchargez clean.zip, décompressez-le sur votre bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), vous obtenez alors un dossier clean 
&#61623;  Démarrez Windows en mode sans échec : Guide pour redémarrer en mode sans échec 
&#61623;  Ouvrez le dossier clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-cliquez sur clean.cmd, une fenêtre noire va apparaître pendant un instant, laissez la ouverte jusqu'à ce qu'elle se ferme.

télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

Citation :

->Relance AVG AS -> "Analyse" ->"Paramètres" 

Sous la question "Comment réagir ?" : 

-> clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaines" 
-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système" 

Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse 

->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions " 

->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous". 

->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le rapport ici

J'essaie de nettoyer avec clean en mode sans echec, mais le mode sans echec ne se lance pas, je fais bien le choix avec F8 un chargement de fichier systèmes se fait , l'opération s'arrête environ 5mn sur :
"chargé:\Windows\Système32\drivers\crcdisk.sys"
puis, l'ordinateur redémarre seul en mode normal.???

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

Je colle ci-après mon rapport hijackthis mais pour info au sujet de clen.cdm voir ce qui suit :
J'ai réglé mon problème d'accès au mode sans échec mais, il m'est impossible de terminer le nettoyage avec clean.cmd, voici le message affiché sous la fenêtre DOS  lors de la tentative de scan (phase 2 avec clean.cdm) :

Bonsoir,

Merci de donner suite si possible à mon post 22 & 24.

Pour info depuis 2 jours, , internet est OK, plus aucun site s'ouvre sans que je l' ai choisi moi-même mais, depuis tous ces nettoyages, à l'ouvertuture d'un fichier ou d'une application, environ toutes les 5mn, la fenêtre demandée se fige une 20aine de seconde indiquant dans la barre des tâches (ne répond pas) puis s'ouvre normalement.
Ceci est très génant.
Merci de votre aide.

Bonsoir,



Pour info depuis 2 jours, , internet est OK, plus aucun site s'ouvre sans que je l' ai choisi moi-même mais, depuis tous ces nettoyages, à l'ouvertuture d'un fichier ou d'une application, environ toutes les 5mn, la fenêtre demandée se fige une 20aine de seconde indiquant dans la barre des tâches (ne répond pas) puis s'ouvre normalement.
Ceci est très génant.

1) Analyse des 2 fichiers avec VirusTotal : OK pas d'infection.
2) Les 2 lignes ont été fixées.
3) J'ai désinstallé AVG antispyware.
4) Quant à la désactivation du tea timer de spybot, je ne trouve pas comment faire?

Une question : 
Je souhaité acheter AVG antispyware, comme tu me demande de le désinstaller, je ne sais plus quoi faire? Pourtant, de tous les  antispyware , c'est celui qui me fait le plus gros nettoyage, même après le passage des autres.

pour desactiver le tea timer:

lancer spybot puis aller dans MODE puis choisir MODE AVANCE puis OUTILS puis  RESIDENT et décocher tea timer

effectivement il est très bon avg antispyware

mais il faut dans ce cas en avoir un seul antiespion activé en temps réel sinon l'ordi rame car chacun analyse tous les fichiers ouverts


car tu as spybot avec le tea timer : le tea timer fais une analyse en temps réel c'est pourquoi je te demande de le désactiver
windows defender qui fais aussi une analyse en temps réel

si tu achete avg antispyware il faut dans ce cas que tu garde spybot sans le tea timer et que tu vire windows defender ou que tu désactive son analyse en temps réel pour ne scanner qu'a la demande

Bonsoir,
J'ai désactivé le tea time, voilà 3 heures que je suis sur mon PC et il semble qu'il se fige beaucoup moins et moins longtemps, mais cela arrive qd même surtout quand j'ouvre un fichier ou un répertoire.

apparement le tea timer est toujours actif . Désactivé le pour voir . Ou désactivé spybot du démarrage de l'ordi en allant dans0démarrer puis exécuter  et tape  msconfig  puis clique sur ok et dans l'onglet démarrer décoche spybot
