Nero 7 Essentials serial number

Hello,
I just bought a brand new Sony DVD burner and there’s a Nero CD with it, but during installation the serial number doesn’t work. who can help me please? I can’t get it to burn !!!!

    Bring it back to the place you bought it from and explain your issue; they should be able to fix you up, right?

    Ben insists, if they sold you a defective CD, they are responsible and must replace it for you.

    Thank you for your reply jipicy, but I called there and they told me it should work. I restarted as they told me, but I still have the same problem.
