One could go so far as to say that the failure to use capital letters at the beginning of a sentence is illegal, as well as not leaving a space between the last word before punctuation and the punctuation if it has two signs, such as the semicolon, exclamation point, question mark... (Ellipses are considered a succession of three signs, which does not therefore imply a space between the word and them)
