Keygen.exe

Hello,

I found that my computer was making a lot of noise and was slower than usual, so I ran an antivirus scan with AVAST and it found two files infected with "keygen.Exe" and keygen2.exe.
I quarantined them, but I'm wondering if that's enough....?
Should I completely delete them from my computer? What risks do I face with this Trojan horse?

Avast is rubbish; in free antivirus, it's a sieve.

désinstalle-le avec ajout et suppression de programmes et remplace-le par ça
