Hello,

Click on 'calmer' when you are in front of Paulo Norable.

Your problem is that you don't understand when all the lights come on at the same time, so let me explain:

1- When he raises his arms, quickly click CALMER
2 - When he puts one hand in front of you, quickly click SHOUT
3 - When he puts both points in front of you, it means he wants to hurt you, so quickly click BEG

Now, all three things will light up at the same time, the same goes for SAD, SEDUCE, CRAZY...

Well, you go up to him and you click on calm, then you have to follow the instructions. There are 3 balls when it gets bigger or changes color, just click on them. Good luck!

I'm having a hard time too, but one thing's for sure: your bar at the bottom needs to be full for you to have a better chance of succeeding. When it's lower, your bar decreases, but as long as you keep it up, you can try again. By the way, can you tell me how you upgrade your hotel?
