Hello,
for some time now, when doing a startup scan on Windows with Avast, I've been finding a lot of corrupted files. Can you tell me what they are and if possible, delete or fix them? I don't know, you can decide what needs to be done. Thank you
Here is the Avast report:

Are you experiencing any display malfunctions or issues while using IE?
Otherwise, it must be false alerts, as indeed in your initial report:
-File C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-254787111-3015228325-3308612074-1000\$RO3X2W5.exe\$OUTDIR\Branding.msi\Binary.NewBinary9 Error 42145 {corrupted OLE archive.} Concerns the recycle bin so of no interest.
-File C:\ATI\SUPPORT\7-10_vista32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu_53254\Driver\Packages\Apps\CCC\Branding\Branding.msi\Binary.NewBinary9 Error 42145 {corrupted OLE archive.}
File C:\ATI\SUPPORT\7-11_vista32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu_54440\Driver\Packages\Apps\CCC\Branding\Branding.msi\Binary.NewBinary9 Error 42145 {corrupted OLE archive.} Concerns the ATI video card driver if display is ok then of no interest or reinstall the latest driver available at www.ati.com
-File C:\Users\Utilisateur\AppData\Local\DCBC2A71-70D8-4DAN-EHR8-E0D61DEA3FDF.ini\MMACLHLBBBHJDHENDBEFAAEODELGMKB Error 42145 {corrupted OLE archive.} Here you should open the .ini file to see what it is about
-File C:\Users\Utilisateur\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\YUJJUML5\7-11_vista32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu_54440[1].exe\$OUTDIR\Branding.msi\Binary.NewBinary9 Error 42145 {corrupted OLE archive.}
File C:\Users\Utilisateur\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5\L38787S5\7-11_vista32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu_54440[1].exe\$OUTDIR\Branding.msi\Binary.NewBinary9 Error 42145 {corrupted OLE archive.} And finally this concerns the IE internet cache to resolve this issue, simply clear the cache.
Lastly, I recommend using Firefox as a browser; it is more reliable, stable, and less susceptible to attacks than IE. You can find it here http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/products/firefox/ and it is free.

Because the version of Stinger on the link http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger is from September 10, 2007, try that one if your problem hasn't been resolved, and I'm sorry, I thought that on Clubic it redirected to the McAfee link.

And for the reinstallation of the ATI Catalyst Control Center, how do I find the right one? I have an ATI RADEON EXPRESS 200M SERIES graphics card.
But when I launch the ATI Catalyst Control Center, I don't know why, I click on it and it doesn't even open..

What does the .ini refer to???
The ATI driver is located here http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/2k/integrated-2k.html, it is a unified driver for several video cards including yours.

I don't know what "ini" refers to, but when I right-click/properties it says this for the file name
DCBC2A71-70D8-4DAN-EHR8-E0D61DEA3FDF.ini
and under file type it says: Configuration settings (.ini)
for the drivers that I was told to download from the link for Windows 2000, but it's fine even though I have Vista.
