Bonjour,
j'ai l'impression que mon pc plante quand je me connecte a internet, c'est vraiment aleatoire. mais quand il est debranché du modem usb il ne plante jamais. si y a une personne qui pourra m'aider ça serait vraiment sympa

j'ai avg pro 7.5 et avg anti spyware , je le desinstalle ??? tu peux m'expliquer c'est quoi le probleme au juste ???? je suis un peu perdu merci pour ton aide

Ok,
non ne les desinstalle pas,
mais installe un pare feu comme : Zone Alarme, en cas de problème

> Installe le nouveau pare-feu, puis désactive le pare-feu windows.

tu me conseille antivir ou bien je remet mon avg 7.5 ??

Salut,

non tu peux garder AVG c'est un antispy, alors que antivir est un antivirus : il te faut les deux.

Mais as-tu installé aussi le parefeu Zone Alarme ( puis désactive le pare-feu windows.) ? (poste 7)

pour avg j'ai le ( avg antispy) et avg antivirus pro 7.5 avec bouclier ( parefeu ) , donc je ne sais pas si antivir est mieux performant que l'antivirus de avg , et puis j'ai installé zone alarm, meme probleme ça plante donc je l'ai desinstaller, je suis vraiment perdu je ne sais vraiment pas ce qui ne va pas au juste

Désactive la fonction antivirus d'avg, utilise antivir comme antivirus et réinstalle ZA.

je ne sais pas encore, c'est vraiment aleatoire maintenant ça fonctionne mais je ne sais pas on verra , merci beaucoup pour ton aide

re, j'ai tout formater reinstaller xp et mon pc plante quand j'utilise mozzila firefox, ça me rend malade
