Virus heeeeeeeeeeeeeelp !!!

Bonjour,

Depuis hier, j'ai un pu**** de virus qui commence sérieusement à me saoûler...Je vous explique.

Depuis hier à chaque fois que je veux aller sur un site Internet depuis Google, cela me renvoie sur un site qui s'appelle "realsearch"...Donc j'ai télécharger Firefix en me disant que comme ca merdait et que ça voulait pas fonctionner correctement avec Internet Explorer autre chose...Ca allait bien !!!

Et puis depuis cet après-midi...j'ai une petite croix blanche sur fond rond et rouge dans ma barre des tâches en bas à droite... qui me dit sans cesse "Your computer is infected", en plus "Spysheriff" est arrivé sur mon ordi je ne sais comment et je n'arrive plus à la virer...

J'ai "avast" comme antiviru et la seule chose qu'il arrive a me dire c'est que l'ordinateur est infecté !!!

Telecharge et instal l'antivirus Antivir Personal Edition Classic :

une fois antivir ouvert click sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite puis dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > scan all files et en dessous >scanner priority = High
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

puis redemarre en mode sans echec et fais un scan complet de ta machine avec antivir et post le rapport ici stp

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec?

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.

Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Reeee !!! Est-ce que vous savez comment résoudre le problème des pertes de composants...ce "alt.dll" qui manque ??? Vous croyez que si je mets le cd d'installations fourni avec l'ordi, ca résoudra un peu le probleme ???

-> Dézippe tout le contenu dans un dossier que tu auras cré au préalable (sur ton bureau par exemple). Double clic sur clean ou clean.cmd choisie l'option 1.

Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie et colle le contenu sur le forum.

A ce que je voi AVAST est bon mais pas trop.
Je te conseille kapersky internet security 7 + spy bot + avg anty spy ware pour reforcer la securite de ton PC mais avant enleve AVAST.

Désolé, j'etais occupé aujourd'hui, j'ai passé mon permis et je l'ai eu mdrrr !!! Bref, pour le reste, je vois ce que tu m'as conseillé g!rly je vai tenter de le faire et je colle le rapport rapidement !!!

post le resultat de clean quand tu pouras.
et regarde le lien pour alt.dll, apparament leur hotfix regle le probleme.

Oui, j'ai une voiture c'est bon lol...une ptite corsa !!!

J'ai téléchargé le hotfix sur https://flexeracommunity.force.com/customer/CC?a=Q111468&l=en_US

Et une fois "clean" téléchargé, on fait quoi ? J'ai plusieurs choix en fait : "clean", "cherche", "del2", "del3", "delr", "delsiri", etc. Je suis un peu perdu...j'ai essayé un peu tout.
