Au vu de ton processeur, tu es bon pour changer l'ensemble carte-mère,processeur,mémoire et carte graphique.
Autant tout changer

memoire vive ou memoire du disque dur
la memoire vive a deja etais change a l'aurigine il y avais 250 mo et maintenant 750 mo

Mais si tu changes de carte-mère , il y a de fortes chances que tu passes en DDR2 donc réinvestir en ram
