Hello,
I downloaded Nero 8 but it's in English.

So I installed the French language in Nero ControlCenter and changed it, yet Nero is still in English.

What can I do, please?

    Another solution that worked for me was modifying the language value in the registry.

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nero\Nero8\Shared]
    "FamilyLanguage"="fra"

    PS: My installation does have the language in French, but it appears in English.

    Well, I uninstalled it and downloaded it from 01.net and now it's good^^

    Hi there, just go to the Nero Home program and set your language configuration to French. It's really simple, but you need to know it.

    Salut à toi, il suffit de se rendre dans Nero Home et de faire ta configuration de langue en français.

    Hi, I have exactly the same problem as you. I set the language to French, but every time I start it asks me to install it. I click on install, but nothing changes; I have to click on use English. If you found the solution, it would be nice of you to share it with me. Thank you.

    Thank you for your response,
    I did the same but I had a lot of trouble uninstalling the English version; even using add/remove programs it wouldn't work, so I had to go to the Nero website to download a software that uninstalls it, and even with that software it crashed twice. Now it's good. The old version is gone, and I have the French one. Did you have this issue? Thank you.

    Yes, I uninstalled it with Nero Clean Tool but I didn't have any crashes.

    Salut, j'ai le même souci. J'ai téléchargé Nero, j'ai mis la langue français dans Nero Control Center, mais au démarrage, il se met en anglais quand même. Aidez-moi si vous pouvez, s'il vous plaît.

    Just go to Start → Programs → Nero 8 → Nero Toolkit → Nero ControlCenter.
    Select the language on the left and choose French from the list, then click on the "Change language now" button.
    Normally, the Nero interface should be in the selected language.

    I had the same problem and I did everything you said, but the issue persists.

    So, I went to the Nero website and I downloaded the Nero update in French and since then the problem is solved, my program is in French.

    Pour voir la version en français de Nero 8, assurez-vous de télécharger la version française à partir du site officiel de Nero ou d'une source fiable. Pendant l'installation, cherchez une option de langue et sélectionnez le français. Si la version est déjà installée, vous pouvez également essayer de modifier la langue dans les paramètres du logiciel, si cette option est disponible.
