You just need to use UltimateBootCD by asking it to cancel the previous operation or to reset your CMOS to the default values. But if you don't know how to use UBCD properly, then refrain from doing so as you might end up causing even more damage. UBCD is not a tool for amateurs. You should only use it when you are an advanced user. In the meantime, here’s a solution to your problem. Follow these steps:
1/ Open your PC.
2/ Remove the battery on the motherboard.
3/ Look around the motherboard for a plastic jumper that is about 0.5 centimeters and is exactly the same as the one plugged into the back of the hard drives. It is this small plastic jumper that we use to set a hard drive as master or slave, depending on what we want. These plastic jumpers are just like the one from the hard drive. There are lots of little plastic jumpers plugged in various places on the motherboard. But you need to look for the small jumper that is THE CLOSEST TO THE BATTERY.
4/ This small jumper that is closest to the battery is plugged onto a fan. To recognize this fan, it's simple: it has three little prongs (or 3 little pins, if you prefer).
5/ The plastic jumper has only 2 holes, while the fan has 3 pins. So the jumper is plugged onto 2 of the 3 pins of the fan.
6/ In short, around your battery, there is a plastic jumper plugged onto 2 of the 3 pins of the fan.
7/ Remove this jumper and wait for 1 small minute.
8/ After 1 minute, reconnect this jumper but including the pin that was exposed. That is to say, you need to reconnect the jumper but not in the exact place it was before disconnection. Reconnect by including the exposed pin. So, the jumper will be on the exposed pin + the middle pin.
9/ Wait another minute.
10/ After a minute, disconnect this jumper again.
11/ Reconnect it this time exactly as it was before the very first disconnection. That is to say, you need to put it back as it was before you touched it for the first time.
12/ Then, put your battery back in place.
13/ Next, turn on your PC.
14/ While the screen is still black, the system will inform you that the CMOS has changed. The system will prompt you to choose between "default values" or "optimal values" or directly enter the BIOS (the system prompt varies according to the BIOS).
15/ If it prompts you for a choice, select the default values. If it invites you to enter the BIOS, do so and select F7 on each of the pages of your BIOS. This will reset the default values of your BIOS.
16/ Caution: Read carefully what the key for "default values" is for your BIOS. Generally, it is F7. But there are BIOS where it is F11. To find out, carefully read through your BIOS page and each of the BIOS pages. It must be written somewhere (under the name "Default values," in general).
