BOSE 1800 series V amplifier issue

Hello,
I have a problem with my BOSE 1800 series V professional amplifier specifically, which we have had for about 4-5 years, but it turns out that we lent it to the wrong hands, and when it was returned, it no longer worked. When we plug in the sound system, turn on the turntable, the mixer, and then the amplifier, everything lights up, there are no issues, the fan of the amplifier also turns, but there is no sound coming out! We checked the fuse, and it is still good. All the connections are correct; there are no problems. We tried everything with another amplifier, and everything worked. But what could be wrong with the amplifier?
Thank you in advance

    Good evening

He probably has an issue with the power transistors
    To be checked

There is probably a problem with the volume adjustment button; it must be short-circuited.

The speaker outputs of the sound amplifier are burned out.
