Good evening,
I am having serious difficulties accessing my AOL/CEGETEL email. These problems arose with the merger of Neuf Cegetel and AOL
when significant changes occurred a few months ago.
Today, despite making multiple phone calls at 34 cents per minute, which is absurd considering the problem comes from them, no solution has resolved my difficulties.
I am waiting for them to acknowledge their shortcomings (I am not the only one) in order to perhaps restore proper functioning of my email.

A tip if you can no longer access your AOL email:
- disable your pop-up blocker and JavaScript (check your antivirus)
- on Mozilla: go to Tools / Options / Content --> enable Java and JavaScript and unblock pop-ups.
- Tools / Options / Privacy / check accept cookies
- Tools / Options / Privacy / show cookies / delete all cookies
- Close Mozilla and try reconnecting.

Is the problem occurring with the password?
Because like Titou, I can no longer access my cegetel.net address since this evening.
Since this is a professional address, it's really causing me issues.
